before I start I would not even give this hotel a 1/5 its a big fat zero to be honest. Do not stay here if you want a hotel that does not listen to their customer.we stayed here for 5 nights with a break inbetween to go Agra and Jaipur. Everyday there was some issue which the hotel did nothing about. When we first checked in, they got the room wrong. They did not even bother to check the special request we had written. Then the second room we got was not even set up for a couple. The rooms may look nice but on closer inspection you will notice the shoddy workman ship. Our bath was coming apart from the seal and water was going into it and when I complained, nothing was done about it. The room cleaning staff are useless again leaving the room dirty and setting it up for one person when clearly it was booked for two. The food, even though plenty of choice is mediocre and tasteless. The staff are useless and constantly looking for a tip and are rude when you don't tip them, even though you may have tipped them previously. The staff are also useless when it coming to local information. For staff that live in Delhi they could not recommend and good restaurants or clubs or bars. They were just completely frustrating at trying to get anything done and very slow. The travel service was good as we went to Agra and Jaipur booked via them. The final issue was when we received the bill for the stay. We booked direct with the hotel and the price quoted inc all taxes but when we got the bill they added the taxes on top which I was furious about as for that money there are much better hotels in delhi , when we complained to the manager she just smiled in out face and told us that's the price and we have to pay which I was not happy about. I will hot be staying here ever again and I will tell any friends and family looking to go to Delhi not to stay there either.

Room Tip: don't stay here full stop!!!1

Unfortunately, the prices in restaurants are two to three times higher than in closest good level restaurants in Canaught Place and even comparing to 5 stars Hilton New Delhi. Really disappointing. The other issue was the "privacy signal" that was systematically ignored by room service and the overpriced "taxi service" arranged by the guest service (INR 4000 roundtrip to City Walk mall comparing to INR 800 arranged with taxis just outside the lobby). On the other hand we are travelling for 25 days around India and we were looking for some western style hotel to relax for few days before return home since we was very tired of "Indian style" things, and The Met was a really nice choice. Regarding the Spa, although I enjoyed the spa treatment I received, I did not like someone to linger in the locker room when I am the only person in the locker room, and standing 4 feet from me while I change, trying to help me put things in my locker. It would be nice if they could give people personal space, and only assist when asked.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms ending with 35 like 535... 435, etc, they are very private.

Perfectly located hotel. Nice and modern rooms. The only problem with the hotel was the lingering noise we heard everytime a bathroom in neighbouring rooms was flushed.

It has a nice spa and a few restaurants. i tried the Chutney Restaurant but was disappointed (ranks #2 on TripAdvisor) with the size of the portion, price and it was average nothing exceptional.

Staff is super helpful and business center printed documents for me free of charge.

If i were to visit Delhi again; and i hope i will; i would stay there again.

Very nice hotel in a very good location, room was spacious and staff very helpful. Its a newer hotel or a rebrand so some taxis have trouble finding it, make sure you bring the address along with you. Internet can be slow at times, and breakfast could be a bit more diverse, understand this can be tough with so many dietary needs to cater to in India. Overall, a very nice hotel with friendly staff and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

Was here on a work conference - nicely located, you can walk to Connaught Place and the metro. The rooms were lovely, good breakfast buffet. The only reason I don't give it a 5 is that sometimes I didn't even feel like I was in India - it's a very Westernized business hotel, which is good if that's what you're looking for. As an average traveler, it's over-priced and not an authentic Indian experience. There is construction on both sides of the hotel. You don't really hear it, but there isn't a nice view from the windows.

Room Tip: All the rooms I saw were pretty standard.
