Last week stayed in Met hotel. Overall experience was very good. It is very close to famous Connaught Place. Centrally located, covenient to travel around and relatively close to Airport also. Room was clean and comfortable. Food too was good especially morning breakfast buffet with continental choices. Relatively cost effective also.

Staffs and management team specially Mr Sourav Srivastava were excellent Professionals.
The quality of food was awesome. Transport system works for cab services.
Only improvement suggested will be the lobby.

we spent 2 nights at the Met hotel and had a good experience. The staff were very welcoming, the rooms nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good with a choice of Indian and continental choices. As we were on a tour the location did not matter to us but we enjoyed the hotel and its services.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Good service, well appointed rooms and quality service. It is centrally located which is good for business or tourist activity.

HOtels in the Gurgaon area are cheaper. But those hotels feel "isolated" and add to commute times for any outside activity. Prices can vary widely according to "market" conditions.

Decor is modern. After staying 4 days, I note some minor annoyances. The in room chair is thinly padded. Similarly, the lobby seating is not comfortable. The background music is nice but could be more varied. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous with good Indian and continental choices. That can keep you going all day. Their ground floor restaurant/bar offers a fixed value lunch for Indian food. I took a group of 8 there, it was well enjoyed. The receptionist desk is nice but easily overwhelmed. Expect up to a 5 minute wait.

Bellhops, concierge, waiters, housekeeping and all other staff are gracious and manage to convey genuine welcome that does not come across as contrived.

I almost hesitate to say too much good as the demand will go up resulting in in tariffs!

Very good ground floor gift shop. Go to the basement for a better selection. Good quality items. My group preferred this to outside Delhi markets.

The WiFi is good, is good with decent connection speeds.

It is my favorite Delhi hotel.

Room Tip: All rooms seem to be similarly appointed, Those with better views may cost more.

I've stayed in grand 5* hotels in Delhi, but I preferred the Met: it had everything I needed and nothing I didn't.
The location is convenient for Connaught Place, but far enough away from the crazy traffic to be quiet and accessible. The hotel has a calm, stylish, yet welcoming atmosphere.
I stayed a week. I had a good sized room with a powerful shower, good lighting options, comfortable bed, fast & reasonably priced wi-fi, nicely minimalist interior design, high quality fittings, good range of Indian and international TV channels, well chosen and prepared in-room dining menu.
Zing restaurant's breakfast and dinner buffets were good, the spa was lovely, and the staff were superb: professional, helpful, and friendly.
I'll be back.

The strength of this hotel is its location - as sight seeing tourists we loved that the typical street life of Delhi was right at the gates of the hotel - local temples and markets are within a 5 minute walk. The big must see places in Delhi were also very accessible by rickshaw. CP is an easy and interesting walk from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was included in our room price and is excellent.
BUT we were very frustrated by the hotel's use of their pool area for private parties. For 2 of the 3 days we stayed here, the pool area was off limits to hotel guests due to party preparations and then we had to hear the loud music and announcements from the party until past midnight. Why did they give us a room above the pool and why didn't they let us know about the pool being off limits?? We booked this hotel for its location and outdoor pool to use in the afternoons to sleep away our jet lag and we were very disappointed that the pool was closed to us. And then to be further insulted to listen to the noise!!! The management tried to make things right by discounting our third night's stay but our stay here had been spoiled. We voiced our displeasure after the first day pool closure and lack of sleep due to the event and they failed to tell us it would happen again on our third day there - they should have offered to move our room!!! We paid much more for this hotel than we usually budget for and we were looking forward to a luxurious stay but this was not to be.

Room Tip: Do not get a room on the pool side of the hotel. If the use of the pool is important to you, ask ab...

Good location , Club room was good on the 7th floor . Disappointing dinner at Zing. Didn't realise it was an 24x7 coffee shop and therefor that menu was restrictive . Overall not too much of choice to dine in the hotel . Read the restaurant review on a website but didn't live upto expectations with the review .
