We spent 2-nights before our Golden Triangle tour and one-after and enjoyed both stays.
From the greeter at the door, to the bell hops, front desk, and restaurant personnel, to the housekeeping staff, everyone without exception was cheerful, helpful and competent.
The room was modern and the Wi-Fi worked fine.
The breakfast included everything from pastries and yogurt, to Indian and noodle dishes, and made-to-order omelets. Room service was very good also.
We didn't venture outside the hotel property, but it was in a nice, modern area.
It didn't have the furnishings or amenities expected in a five-star hotel, but nothing to complain about. Not quite a five-star hotel, but close.
Would stay again and recommend to others.

Room Tip: Get a higher floor to avoid street noise, and connecting rooms if travelling with others.

The Hotel was modern and clean and was in walking distance to Connaught Place for eating and shopping.

Nice pool area although we did not get time to make us of this whilst we were there.
Breakfast was included and was had a very good selection of both Western and Indian dishes which were hot, fresh and very tasty.

Our room was large, clean and very modern and decorated in an Asian theme and had a glass frosted wall separating the Bedroom from the Bathroom.

We only used this as a base and it suited our needs and would be well suited to business travellers.

Would have preferred a more authentic Indian experience like the Maidens where we were meant to have stayed but overall a good hotel and stay with no issues at all.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in April this year. The hotel was very good we stayed on the 8th floor and our first room was noisy due to the lifts but there was no problem at all in assigning a different room in the morning. The housekeeping staff were excellent. We ate in all 3 hotel restaurants and particularly recommend Chutneys and Sakura - which were both excellent. The only slight concern we did have was with the swimming pool which was well maintained but is the only pool we have ever seen pigeons drinking from routinely.

Room Tip: Avoid near the lifts.

The staff were very friendly and I can't fault the Service. The room was excellent and cleaned every day. Room Service was good and Security at the hotel was very good. Security staff were polite and courteous at all times. Swimming pool and Spa was very good and we had a choice of three restaurants to choose from.

Comfortable beds, good pool, wifi that works efficiently, variety of good at breakfast. What more do you need? The pigeons around the pool are a bit of a nuisance though. Requested extra water bottles. Supplied very quickly - thank you

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights along with my family. I just really loved the place. Its excellent in every term. I had booked the club room. The room was very nicely done with modern furniture and fixtures. Bathroom was spik clean with very nice tolietries. I loved their housekeeping .
Now coming to food. Breakfast was excellent with good variety of dishes and very attentative staff in the restaurant. On both the days there were seprate dishea and were not repeated.

Now coming to location it is most centrally located near bangla sahib gurdwara. I just walked down to gurdwara. It is just step out for gole market where u get every dam thing with very good eatries around. You get aitos taxies rickshaw just outside hotel.

It had a nice pool though i did not used it. The staff at reception was excellent and right from door man to lobby manager i found staff to be very professional and well mannered.

I have stayed in many five stars in delhi but i found this little five star gem now and will always stay at the metropolitian.
Best in delhi
