We chose this hotel because it was near the airport, had a pool and had disabled access room and free pick/drop to the airport. The hotel look shabby. The first indication of a decaying hotel was the pathetic small fish tank on the reception desk which would look more at home in a tatty aquarium store than a supposed posh hotel. This hotel is obviously loosing money, cutting corners and not value for money.

The worst experience was the food. As the hotel is remote and unless you have a vehicle your are trapped into eating in the hotel. The food was awful and overpriced. Worst still was the lying of the chef. I ordered a veg-burger with mozzarella cheese for my son. The bun was poor quality and the cheese was packet slice 'American' processed cheese (Yuk). I pointed this out to the waiter who had no idea what I was trying to tell him. He brought out the chef who looked annoyed and not at all apologetic. He then proceeded to lie to me that the mozzarella was in the veg burger patty. I found that hard to believe but judging his countenance as being aggressive denial I pretended to accept this. As soon as he was gone I scraped the horrible plastic cheese off the burger and opened it up. There was no mozzarella cheese inside. The following morning I saw that there was mozzarella cheese slice in the breakfast buffet!! Very poor food for a an expensive hotel.

The room was OK and the bed comfortable. However there was a general feeling of decay about the place. We went for a stroll around the garden which had interesting topiary and was mostly accessible with a wheelchair. The noise of the nearby airport slightly spoilt the pleasure of the garden. Also in the garden there where many missing garden light fittings with exposed wiring. Always a worry if you have children.

If you want a hotel close to the airport that has free pick/up drop and comfortable beds then its OK for one night.

Eco Hotel - just because you ask the guests to re-use their towels it doesn't make you an environmental hotel. I see very little effort to save energy. It has a huge generators and no discernible solar panels or other energy saving devices.

Nice swimming pool and early in the morning you may see a Kingfisher

Stayed for one night at this hotel. It is not far from the airport. However on the flip side, it is quite far from any meaningful tourist or shopping attraction.
The room was large and nicely styled. The staff was courteous and smiling.
As promised, a birthday cake was waiting for us in our room at check in!
Stay if you are a business traveller and have work in Gurgaon.
If you are a family or friends keen on seeing about, then the location is not the most convenient.

The hotel is quite near the domestic and international airport (DEL), close enough that you can hear the jets when the landing pattern right. The rooms were very nice, and well appointed. The staff was helpful, if they remembered your requests. The hallways smelled musty as if there had been a leak and there was mold or mildew growing somewhere. The breakfast had both Indian and Western items and an omelet station. The selection was ok, but the turnover was low so not everything was in top condition. The internet access charges were high, and you had to request a code that was delivered to your room by the bellhop, so not very convenient, especially when they forgot or got busy. Overall, a nice hotel.

I stayed here on two separate occasions and the on both found the hotel to be very welcoming and pleasant. The location is near the Delhi airport but yet the hotel is tucked into a semi-quite surrounding. The entrance is grand ! The garden and pool are nice as well.

Convenient location near airport is good for transit stay but away from tourist sites. Pick up provided to and from hotel. Rate included free breakfast buffet. Booked through discount site - unable to access hotel website and received no reply to mails. Rooms spacious and well appointed without being luxurious. Fitness center closed during stay but nice garden and pool in grounds.

This is a good option for travelers who do not have enough time to see the city but enough time to refuse waiting in the airport for their connecting or next flight. It is a five-ten minute drive from the International Airport and is probably is a good option contrasted to the Radisson which is a preferred hotel for jet setters.
The Hotel is stylized as an eco-friendly hotel, but they do not use it as an excuse to cut down the frills. The rooms are small (but not claustrophobic) and reasonably appointed with the usuals, Room Service Mini Bar Coffee Maker, Plasma TV Hot/Cold water. The bathroom had a tub as well.
Mine had a green theme, which I am guessing would be the scheme running around most rooms.
The morning breakfast had a comfortable variety but not as much as some of the luxury hotels have. To their commendation they had a variety meats and cheese on the platter for offer.
I preferred room service to dining and the food was fine, with more kudos for variety.

All in all, could be considered an option to stay.
