Went on a morning between meetings it's fabulous and I think it cost about 300 rupees to get in there is a specific window for foreigners to pay. On the way in we were accosted by a member of staff who assured us he was not a tour guide but staff so no payment he just wanted to show us around. He was a great guide knew his stuff. The grounds are beautiful and the buildings are stunning. It was great to get some history but at the end it was marred when he insisted we pay him 700 rupees, I got very annoyed at him and gave him 100 rupees and made it clear if he had been honest I probably would have paid him to begin with. This is common when touring sites like this so be careful.
