The hotel is nothing fancy but you get what you pay for. Some of the 400Rs rooms are a bit cramped, stuffy and moldy. Some of them are in a lot better state than others though. The bigger pricier rooms on the other hand are much better and they have nice renovated bathrooms. We stayed in one of the 650Rs rooms with a double bed and two chairs that turn into mattresses. Mattresses were one of the comfiest in all of India. Usually you get a 2 inch almost concrete one but at Namaskar the beds are more comfortable. We were happy with our room and the receptionists were professional and helpful. They gave us advice on how to get train tickets from New Delhi stn that's at the end of the street. They never tried to sell us any other trips but a day trip to Agra which we enquired about. We ended up getting the trip from a travel agency though. They also sell water for 10 Rs a bottle at the Hotel when it's sold for 15-30 Rs everywhere else in Delhi. We didn't like the fact you had to leave your room key at reception every time you went out but that was a hotel policy and we had to respect it.
Don't take Namaskar's airport pick up as it costs 700 Rs. It's expensive because parking is so pricey at the airport. You can get a taxi from the prepaid taxi counter for about 330 Rs (depends on how many people and how much luggage) to the main bazaar. It's not too hard to find there as all the local store owners at the bazaar know exactly where it is.
