If you are in New Delhi this is a place you want to visit. We were very interested about Indira Gandhi and this is a lesson of life. The most impressive thing was to see the blooded clothes of Indira and her son from when they were assassinated and it was very emotional. It is formidable to see what this women meant for India and how influent she was. You will be deeply touched after a visit to this place. One of the best memorial museums I’ve been in.

I salute Indira and Rajiv (and even Sanjay) for the sacrifices they made for India. Like everyone else they too had their weaknesses. But they tried their best.
Sad to see the cloths they wore on the(Lucky to be there on Indira's birthday. )

Very well laid out memorial and museum showing many photographs and personal affects if her life, arranged in a wonderful order. Includes the history of her son who was also assassinated while PM. Visit ends with a overlook of her last steps and where she was tragically struck down. A monumental history of an amazing woman.

It was odd to see the blood-spattered clothes of Indira and her son Rajiv, both victims of assassination, and to see her preserved blood drops on the spot where she was killed. Not the sort of thing you see in most museums. I actually learnt more about her life by visiting her childhood home in Allahabad, but this museum was more emotionally engaging.

Was so glad I went to see this. Packed with photos and a storyline of his life and all his belongings including his glasses and stick etc. Do not miss this.
