Myself and three other friends had the pleasure of staying at Grace Home in April 2014. With an early morning departure from Delhi International on our long return trip back
to Canada, we were delighted to find ourselves in the care of Sanjeev and his lovely mother for the evening. At the guest house it felt more like staying with old friends. The place is located on a quiet street, about 30 minute drive from the airport with clean rooms, large shared kitchen and sitting rooms. It offers everything needed to feel safe and cared for while in Delhi. I will definitely return to this guest house on my next trip to India and look forward to seeing the family again. It was a wonderfully relaxed experience. Thank you for your kindness!

After staying at Grace Home for three months in late 2012, I returned with my parents, 5 month old daughter and a group of students. Again, it was a lovely stay and we were all made to feel part of the family.

In particular, I would like to mention the suitability of Grace Home for people travelling with children. There is a kitchen on each floor and a common room that can be used which has a balcony. This means that instead of being stuck in one room there are places to move around.

I highly recommend Grace Home and will continue to stay here on my trips to Delhi.

Hi, stumbled across this lovely homestay/b&b by mistake. Sanjeev and his family in particular his delightful mother made us feel very welcome after a long journey. Eclectic assortment of rooms but don't let that put you off. Crack open a beer on their roof top terrace and put the rest and the West behind you. Simple nourishing food and a feeling of inclusivity greet you here. Don't expect all mod cons, this building is not about that. Plenty of space and do take time to walk around the safe neighbourhood. Lovely local park and minutes from the metro and shops. Swap your shoes for flip flops and engage with Sanjeev and his family and enjoy his other guests tales of their travels. Thanks

I've stayed in Grace Home many times since 2010, and will continue to do so every time I'm in Delhi. On this trip, I stayed with a group of Australian students, as we were studying Hindi in Delhi. The rooms are large and clean. There are two common areas on the 2nd and 3rd floors, which were great to gather for studying each evening. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace, where guests can watch the sun set behind the Qutub Minar sipping on a cold beer. The place is a family home, with two floors added for guest accommodation. The family is what makes this place special. Mrs Pritam Nagpal, the matriarch, is wise and knows how to make her guests feel welcome. She loves to chat with her guests at breakfast time, and is always happy to provide new and interesting things for breakfast, to suit the tastes of her guests. Her son, Sanjeev, is convivial and goes out of his way to give his guests a special experience of Delhi. Sanjeev's daughters, Sneha and Karuna, are helpful, friendly and an absolute delight as hosts. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are seeking a warm, friendly, family home in south Delhi, with a fantastic location, very close to the Saket metro station.

My husband and I stayed with some friends at Grace Home early in January 2014 and had the most brilliant time. Mrs Nagpal is a fantastic host. With the aid of her trusted and much loved housekeepers she provides much more than a good service - a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend staying here.
