Its open from 11am to 7pm.
Went there for lunch on a weekday. The atmosphere is very pleasant and cool and gave a feeling of being welcome. Good yesteryear's music. Really soothing.
It has seating on the lawns outside also but it is not recommended during the summer months.
The service was prompt but the food part took some time as was expected (not extraordinarily long) since the food, as stated/advertised by them on a board, is made fresh and they would take a bit of time.
The Mint Lemonade Kaffir drink was super - really refreshing.
Of the starters we ordered;
the Veg Mezze platter - nothing really as expected in a platter. Only Pita bread (which was also crisp????) with some round ball shaped green cutlets and 3 different types of sauces/dips. No assortment of any other veg. accompaniments. You could not separate the layers of the pita to put in the stuffing. - could be given a miss.
the Watermelon Feta cheese salad, though was tasty - but there was not enough of the cheese served in it. It seemed as though it was just sprinkled on top to give it the effect of cheese.
The soup of the day - Cold Gazpacho - soothing and refreshing.
The Bruschetta 3 way was delicious.
The non vegetarian Sheperds pie - Piping hot and Simply amazing.
The 4 cheese stuffed chicken was also very good.
The Tiramisu dessert was fabulous.
The big let down - Margherita Pizza - seemed and tasted as if the base had been pre-cooked.
This place is definitely worth a re-visit.
