The Hotel Madonna is located in the crowded area of Rajinder Nagar near Karol Bagh in Delhi. There is no parking around the hotel, so if you are driving your own vehicle, beware!
There are no good restaurants near the hotel and the public transportation is scarce to say the least. But, if you are in a chauffeur driven vehicle, things start to look up.
The hotel has really good interiors with a decent lobby space. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable settings. The room service took its time, but the food was really good.
For around 2500 a night, the place was a good value for money.

All hotels in Delhi are relatively expensive and this hotel is no exception. We arranged free collection from the airport and were glad to see the driver there waiting at the airport for us. The driver was very helpful taking our luggage and directing us to the nearest ATM. We gave him a 400 rupees tip (~£5.50). Not being used to the local currency/tipping levels we later realised this was probably far too generous!!. We arrived just before noon and had to wait 20 mins or so for our rooms to be prepared. The rooms were clean but shock horror they had forgotten to change the bedding in both rooms!!.. After changing the bedding the attending staff member then waited about expecting a further tip for his trouble (which he didn't get). The hotel owner later apologised to us for the dirty bedding during a hard sell of trying to flog us a driver to take us around. Our booking including free breakfast which on the first day took ~20 mins to arrive - we suspected it was being cooked at another premises nearby. The basement restaurant was dingy has no windows and needs decorating. On the second day we gave up waiting for them to take our order and just booked out. The hotel is near the Metro system (10 rupees) into the centre of Delhi whilst a autorickshaw should cost no more than 100 rupees.

We were a group of 4 students traveling in Delhi and from the minute we found Hotel Madonna and Hotel Megha Palace, we were grateful this was the place we were staying. We were greeted very kindly by the staff. We even met with Mr. Naresh Bhatia who organized an AMAZING trip to several cities and sites all over northern India, complete with drivers, tour guides and hotel stays in the neighbouring cities. We had great food at the Madonna restaurant and slept well in a clean and safe environment. Highly recommended for any traveler who is looking for a good, honest value - especially students or backpackers!!

I just love it! So conveniently located in Karol Bagh. It's clean, you get excellent service from the Reception staff, room service is fast, the restaurant downstairs is convenient, but you can also dine or breakfast in your room. Room is cleaned every day complete with all the sundries in the bathroom. The staff is very helpful, polite and helps with whatever you need. Airport pickup is free, so is wifi in the rooms, so is your breakfast.
The owner, Mr Naresh Bathia is a fabulous gentleman and an excellent businessman. He helps you with your every query and finds the cheapest deals anywhere for hotels and trips, even I couldn't do better via the internet! You will love this little gem as much as I did.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days in total. As roomprices are higher in Delhi than in other parts of northern India this place is not as cheap as many other places in the region. We payed about 40 euro per night (breakfast and airport pickup included). The room was spacious and clean, was equipped with a flat screen tv and a fridge, and had a nice shower (with warm water all the time).

The hotel is situated in a nice neighbourhood within 5 minutes walk from a huge shoppingstreet and the metro (Karol Bagh), 1 minute from a branch of Subway Sandwich, a supermarket and a bakery. Because of the area is protected bij fences at the entrance roads their are hardly no homeless people. We encountered only a few beggars in the streets around the hotel. This makes the hotel a suitable place for first time visitors.

The second day of our stay at hotel Madonna we had a meeting with the owner who also owned a travel agency. He explained to us which sites were the most interesting in Delhi and how to visit them. The owner also did us a proposition for a private tour with one of his drivers. At first we were hesitating about taking the trip but in the end we decided tot go on a private tour for 2 weeks through Rajasthan. We are very glad we took the tour. Besides the fact that the quality of the hotels was beyond our expextation we have been at many many beautiful places in relativey short time in a very comfortable way. We could never have organised this trip ourselves.

We owe special thanks to driver/guide Kashmira. He showed us the most beaitiful places, worked very hard en is a very modest en nice person!

Hotel Madonna, situated in the heart of Delhi is one of the Best Deluxe Hotels, Delhi has. After reading reviews about it on Trip Advisor, I planned to keep my next business meeting at this place.
What makes it ideal for client meetings is its short distance from some of the important landmarks of Delhi.
This is the place where in you get a mixture of domestic as well as foreign tourists and is an ideal mix of conventional hospitality and modern amenities. So plan your next business meeting and experience the difference.

Hotel Madonna itself is a very good Hotel with clean rooms and good travel services.
The location in Dehli is excellent and you can hire from this hotel private drivers to bring you everywhere you want. Besides seeing all major spots in Dehli we hired a private diver to do their golden triangle tour. You will stay in good hotels and visit all beautiful forts, palaces, temples and you will see the Taj Mahal. It was a great experience and all this for a very reasonable price. We were lucky to meet the Hotel owner, Neresh Bhatia., who is a very friendly and helpful man and caring to make your travel in India great.
