The best thing about the hotel is the their service. Everyone right from the owner, manager to the room service boys all are very helpful and are at the service with a smile. We were family of four and got the Family room. The room was pretty spacious and comfortable. No complaints about the cleanliness or the bed. The breakfast offered along with the room is very ordinary. Just paratha or poori with some juice. No buffet breakfast. Also the restaurant is not great better to eat outside. The bathroom is little cramped and you have to call the front desk for hot water. While you use hot water room AC cannot be used. The market is nearby and there is one A2B restaurant nearby for south indian food.

Pros:
1. Service
2. Rooms are spacious and neat
3. Very near to the metro station. Walkable distance.

Cons:
1. Location. Very bad. In a very small busy and noisy street in Karol Bagh
2. Nothing fancy about the hotel. Ordinary budget hotel feel.

Bottomline: Nothing to complain about but you can get better options for the same price.

Location not good,in the middle of m/cycle repair district so mess and oil and nowhere decent to eat.R100 tuk tuk will get you to Red Fort and Connaught Sq,but be very positive as every one we went in wanted to take us to a fake tourist info where they get a commission.Bed linen grey.A dissappointment really, wished we had gone for a better hotel in Delhi.

Room Tip: Stay somewhere else.

The hotel is tucked away in the middle of the automobile repair/spare parts district of Karol Bagh. The rates are very reasonable and the location is very convenient (in the center of Delhi, 10 minute walk to the Jhandawalan metro), although it is impossible to walk on sidewalks due to the profusion of cars and motorcycles being sold/repaired and parts inventories piled up outside of shops. The interior of the hotel was nicely finished and the staff all bent over backward to make sure guests were happy. When I checked in, I mentioned that I had forgotten to bring an adapter to plug my US computer into an Indian power outlet. An employee immediately ran to a nearby shop, bought one, and it was given to me as a gift when I finished checking in, my offer to pay for it was declined. Several times the hotel arranged a car and driver (not a licensed taxi) to drive me to business meetings in Delhi, the prices for these services were very reasonable, eliminating the need to negotiate directly with auto rickshaw drivers and get dragged to shopping outlets. I had the vegetarian thali several times in the restaurant on the roof, it was inexpensive and delicious. Mr. Madan Pai introduced me to a tailor who made a shalwar kameez for me from a "set" I bought at the Khan market. The tailor was operating out of an upstairs apartment across the street with no sign, the price was very competitive, the work was done quickly and well.

I was in this hotel with my family for a week
The hotel is clean and the quality of service is also good and has a good restaurant
Also, the staff is friendly attitude and behavior reception
In order to get the car to help passengers
Only one small problem is that it is a window into the sound transmits
And if it makes you a little uncomfortable

We (my wife and me) stayed in this hotel for just 1 day. It was really great stay in this hotel. This hotel is in a good location. The room condition was very good. The rooftop restaurant service was also worth to be mentioned. At last special thanks to Mr. Madan Pai and all the staffs of the hotel for their cordial behavior. This hotel will be at the top of my selection during my next visit to Delhi.

stayed there last week choosing it on the basis of the ratings and reviews on trip adviser and was glad to find that the hotel matched my expectations. it's a good worth for your money. clean, hospitable and helpful staffs, good location over all quite a satisfactory yield for your budget. the staffs are very helpful, the rooms are clean and well kept, it's located in the hub of one the busiest markets of Delhi, yet not all difficult to locate, hardly 10 mins walk from a metro station and many major landmarks of the city like canaught circle and railway station and India gate are very easily approachable even with auto and cab. the only problem might be the restaurant and food if you are too keen on hygiene thing you might not like it there but you have got plenty of options around the market to eat, but the complimentary breakfast was decent enough and quite a comfort. so over all the place is a good value for your money !

I have stayed at this hotel twice now as it's a good place to stay after arriving in Delhi and before setting out on a trip.
From here I set out once across Rajasthan and this year to Utterkhand. I arranged my hotels and asked Mr Madan Pai from the hotel to organise the transport. Both drivers have been superb - driving to Western standards and being extremely professional and reliable (Mr Rajesh last year and Mr Singh this year).

The hotel has clean rooms with a decent bathroom - this year the boilers have been replaced and there is constant hot water. Food is fine and room service good. The hotel is located in a busy area (that seems to consist entirely of motorcycle repair shops) but don't let that put you off - it is well located for Karol Bhagh shopping area, the metro and Connaught Place.

The wifi was great this year too.
