Really nice & comfortable stay ,good value for money too.Keep it up.The behaviour of the staff is really very pleasing with smiling face, great food.Rooms are very neatly kept compared to other best hotel in delhi.
The service this hotel provides is praiseworthy.
I have already recommended this hotel to many and shall continue to do so until the quality of their services.

Wonderful experience!!!”

I stayed with Hotel Jewel Palace in the 1st week of June 2014 with my friends and just as we entered the hotel we knew the next few days are going to be awesome. On arrival Welcome Drink was served. Check in was quick. Our rooms were nice and spacious, over viewing the market area.

Food was extremely awesome fresh, best thing was everyday they had a different menu ( though I would prefer if u add some shakes in your buffet menu )

Staff was really helpful and polite ...Hats off to u guys, a very well managed hotel. We didn't face any issue through out our stay. Staff was very helpful( I was stuck in the rain at 6 in the morning, soon a staff member rushed towards me carrying an umbrella , certainly got a smile on my face). Special thanks to Mr. Narang who throughout our stay kept helping us and gave us a nice introduction of the hotel and places nearby

I stayed here in November 2012 for two nights. The hotel is reasonable clean however it is old and quite dated. It is a reasonably safe area of Delhi and is surrounded by a local market which is interesting. Only 800 metres from the metro which make it easy to access all the sites. Breakfast was bland, WIFI ok and the showers were good. Bed was good the pillows were hard and there was some slight staining on the sheets. By world standards it was below average, by Indian standards it was slightly above average. I found it a little expensive for what I recieved and I would probably look elsewhere in the future. Having said that I had no major complaints about this hotel.

Room Tip: Use the metro, it is only a few hundred metres away and is cheap and an experience in it self.

We stood in the hotel from 24. to 26. of october 2012. Rooms are large and comfortable but in the category "executive room" (the category we choosed) you should look at them before you check in. Some have directly a wall before the window and therefore are a bit smelly and the qualitiy of the bathroom differs from room to room. Also the air conditions are sometimes off grade. Don't forget to ask for a price reduction.... But if not - don't worry! Even the room shouldn't be the best you've ever seen - the kindness of the staff will be! Particularly the desk clerks and the management are extremly helpfull and considerate. And don't be afraid they will charge money for a favor. They won't! They are just hospitable and friendly. Result: The hotel is to be recommended and worth the money!!

I and my family stayed in this hotel for four days in April' 12. It was a wonderful experience. The staff especially the reception and its general manager were extremely helpful in meeting our needs both before check in (online) and after. The rooms were very clean and had a good ambience to it. The food too was good and worth the price. This property is bang in the centre of Karol Bagh with its shopping areas. If you have your own vehicle, parking could be a major problem. Though in a very crowded locality, the noise does not flow into the rooms and is quiet. Only thing be wary of getting in the lift as it has a mind of its own. The steps are quiet steep which might be a problem for those who are not in the pink of health. Overall a great place.

Room Tip: buisiness class rooms are better

This hotel is situated at a crowed area surrounded by shops and establishments. If you have come to Delhi for holiday shopping this is the right place. Rooms are very neat and very spacious. I was not much happy with the restrooms because it doesnt suit the luxury of the rooms I mean looks slightly shabby. Food was good and quick room service. The staff including the reception were very helpful in all aspects. Parking will be a problem if you are self driven. Just walk out of the hotel and you will find all kinds of shops for shopping and it was a nice experience. I would say that the tarriff was slightly more for the comfort and luxury which they offered. Still no bad experiences so I would suggest travellers to ask for a discount in the tarriff which I got and that will be fine.Overall good place for a quick stay maybe for a day or two.

Room Tip: I had a room facing the road but I was comfortable and I dont think location of the room is a hassle...

A wonderful stay in a bustling city! Very gracious welcome, and very helpful front desk staff. Great rooms, all you could ask for. Very large, nicely appointed. Quite a climb to the bathroom (a high step) but manageable. Lovely welcome basket of fruit. Great new restaurant, called "Sage"~wonderful decor, and great food. A terrific experience.

Room Tip: an elevator is there, but not all the way to the .
