“Nice hotel at central location.”
Reviewed 27 April 2014

Stay was Ok. Staff at front desk to housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. Hotel very centrally located with easy access to public transport. Superb vegetarian breakfast spread. Walking distance to Karol Bagh market and shopping area and to metro line. Would definitely refer to others. Mostly business travellers are seen here. The restaurants is good. Good staff, good room service, good linen.

Rooms are very old & a lot of Noise from the neighbouring rooms. Bathroom Fittings were old. Even the furnitures are Old. The rooms need to be renovated urgently. Overall it can be considered as good value for money.

Room Tip: Room on the road side seems little noisier.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. Our room looked out on the busy road outside and while it was noisy during the day it was quiet enough for sleep at night, other than the stray dogs having a barking session at about 3am - but that could happen anywhere really. We had to breakfast next door but there was a good selection of food on offer so no hardship. The surroundings were clean and spacious. There was a computer in the communal area but it did not have internet during our stay because it was broken which was a shame.

This was an overnight stop at the end of a Northern India tour. We arrived from the station after an overnight train journey from Varanasi and the rooms were ready. Clean, neat and tidy and all that was needed. An antiquated lift carries you up to all floors. There is a great roof terrace to enjoy a drink in the evening whilst listening to the noises of Dehli! No restaurant, but breakfast can be taken in the vegetarian food court next door and there is a great restaurant for evening meals with a good menu choice and which is excellent value for money. Lovely street market around the corner for some good bargains!

There are many Hotels in Karol Bagh . This was very close to Metro Station . Just 5 minutes walk .
Best for Business as well as Family traveller . Staff is very co operative. Breakfast menu is Veg . For eggs and Non veg you have to select other place . The food is good .

Plus point is Staff at Reception and Room Service .
They gave me early check in on Arrival at 9.30 and late check out on Departure till 3 p.m
Rooms are good . Neat and clean . Bathrooms with Shower and 24 Hours Hot water.
There is no disturbance of Noise in Rooms.

Room Tip: For Business traveller as well as Family Tourist , the location is Good if you want to travel Delhi...

It is always a task to find a hotel with 100% Veg facility in Delhi...this time I found the perfect one for me. Strategically I prefer central Delhi to stay and with stories attached with hotels in Karol Bagh area I always avoided in past but recommended by one of friend this hotel is ideal I had been looking for. Staff is very cooperative and gentle, rooms are clean and they provide all basic toiletries and best part they serve only Vegetarian food.

Stayed here at the beginning and then again at the end of a tour.

The beds were very firm but comfortable. I was there in December/January so it was quite cool and an extra blanket was needed for the bed. There is air conditioning but no heating.

The internet is a little hit and miss - seemed to drop in and out. You need to get a code from reception which I think is for 12 or 24 hours.

If you arrive at night you might want to check with reception that the hot water is on if you want a shower.

There is a restaurant of sorts attached and next door so you exit the building and go in next door for breakfast. The majority of the dishes are Indian but there's also toast and cereal.

The location is fantastic - one block back from a fantastic bazaar and a short walk to Karol Bagh train station. There's a good coffee shop at the bottom of the stairs to the station. The bazaar is wonderful with great street food and bargains. There are decent restaurants close by and ATMs as well.

I felt quite safe and comfortable here but got a strange phone call in the middle of the night. The professional photos are lovely but none of the rooms I saw looked quite like that (any more?).

Room Tip: Try to avoid being near the lift as the door slams closed very loudly.
