Was in the neighbourhood on a business trip and it was lunchtime on May Day, this year. I happened to near the restaurant and it seemed to be an escape from the searing heat so I just walked in. Was surprised to find the lower two floors packed and only just managed a table for me (non-veg) and my colleague (veg) on the third floor. The non-veg Mah Mee soup was superb though my colleague wasn't too impressed by the cream of tomato soup. My colleague, then commenced to attack a missi roti accompanied by Hyderabadi Dal and mixed vegetables which he pronounced as good. I settled on Mangalorean squid gassi with a couple of appams and an egg appam. Flavours and presentation were excellent though the portions were rather suited to more gargantuan appetites. My colleague also found the servings overwhelming. There were more items which I would have liked to sample but will have to wait for my next trip to the area. Sadly, because I rather liked the place and would recommend it to everyone.
