We stayed over here for 2 nights for a trip to Mysore. During our stay we faced a few problems, but the best part about this hotel is they always found out some solution. The front-desk is very helpful. The major issues we faced: 1. We chose this hotel particularly because over phone they confirmed that they will be providing extra cot, and not only mattress for extra occupancy. This was important as 3 of us were traveling, and it was uncomfortable to let 1 of us sleep on just mattress on the floor. However while providing they said they provide only mattress. However after some discussion they provided roller cot, which was a much better option. 2. On our second day we returned too tired. They didn't inform anything, and once I went to take bath, found there's no water in the tap. On asking they confirmed that due to some facelift operation in progress, there's some issue in the pipeline. Then they changed our room after that. 3. On the same day night there was continuously some drilling sound past 9 pm also in the night. However on asking them to stop it twice they finally stopped it.
In spite of the above issues also I would recommend anybody to go for this place, because their service is pretty good, and they give their best to fix your problems. The restaurant is also quite good.

Good option in Mysore, if you are looking for decent hotels for stay, hotel in good location, my room's TV wasn't start but when i called them they immediately sent the person, front desk is helpful, if you are not tired then for lunch/dinner you can go outside you will find plenty of good hotels

United 21 is quite good in terms of location since it is very close to Suburb bus stop, Mysore Palace, Zoo and Mall of mysore. Stayed here for 6 nights and explored Mysore by my feet. Weather adds spice to your stay as its always cloudy up in there. Hotel stay was quite pleasant. Got upgraded to higher category on arrival. Staff is very courteous.. Continental breakfast they served in the morning is quite mundane.. If you chose to stay in this hotel, do not try out the food. There are plenty of other restaurants in nearby localities approachable by walk.
