This hotel is not a 5 Star hotel as mentioned in there Booking vochers. No one in the city knows about this hotel even the Cabs, auto drivers, local personeel doesnot know about this hotel at all.

The worst part of this hotel is there House keeping. They are not bothered at all about there services. After being requested several times for towels and other toiltries they just gave 1 towel to two rooms. They dont even update your mini bar once consumed it remains empty all the time inspite of the fact we are paying havely for these things

we booked two deluxe rooms at the same cost. Any they offered us one deluxe room and other boutique room and said that is all we have. They just think they are smart and would save money by doing this practices.

We stayed at The Quorum, Mysore this January. We were a family of two with one child each. The Hotel is situated in the center of the city and is well within reach of the various sight seeing places in Mysore. The place is managed by The Park, though it is a 3-star facility. Rest assured, if you are looking for 5-star facilities, let us be clear neither the management nor the advertisement claimed that. I am particularly writing this as other reviews kind of lamblasted for poor service. All of us in particular were quite happy with the hotel and its service. The breakfast was included in the stay and they really had a good spread. In comparison, we also went to Lalith Mahal Hotel for dinner which was pathetic. Quorum was way better. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every bit of the stay. My only suggestion to the management was to make the room furnitures more child friendly as all of them have sharp edges.. Mysore in particular is a beautiful place and every one who wants a week end off should drive down . Thanks to all the staff of Quorum for a wonderful facility..

Room Tip: Choose the luxury room ... worth the money.

Stayed here whilst visiting Mysore for a Cricket match. Must say that everything went without a hitch. Very modern room with remote control for the lights, privacy switch and a huge flatscreen TV. Lacks a swimming pool though. At 2.8k INR per night, I ain't one to complain.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and our stay was very comfortable. The service was very good and hotel staff were very helpful. Housekeeping was good. The room service was not prompt and that is one of the negative things I found.

Visited for 5 days and 4 nights with family and 1 year old daughter. Fast check in, very courteous and helpful front office staff. Even the bell boy went out of his way to explain the facilities in the room. So no complaints. House keeping was great and room was tidied everyday without fail. Room included all the standard accessories like hot/cold water, tea/coffee maker with daily complimentary supply of tea/sugar/coffee, iron board and iron, safe etc. As rooms are new, technology has been used to the fullest, buttons for lights, card door keys etc.

Breakfast was complimentary and was sumptuous to say the least. Host of options from fruits, flakes, milk, tea/coffee, host of south indian delicacies like idli, medu vada, kanjeevaram idli, upma, kesari, etc. live dosa counter, live omelet counter, bread stations etc. Western food was limited in the sense that it was constant, sausages, boiled eggs, grilled vegetables, baked beans. We were very concerned about how we were going to manage with the little one, but it was nice as she enjoyed bits of the kesari and idli and sambar.

We also requested hotel staff for assistance with baby's cooking which they obliged only with the condition that we could not enter the kitchen. So we instructed them how we wanted the food (our ingredients) cooked for her and thats how they delivered it to us in the room.

Location wise hotel is close to the station and about 1-2 kms from the city centre. Locality is peaceful and rooms have a good view. Even the terrace was great (no protective railing though, so at your own risk)!

The hotel is located very close to the railway station. The rooms are good. However, they could improve on the breakfast buffet (which was quite boring).

They are currently offering a very attractive introductory rate till March, 2013.

As the hotel is new, be ready for some initial glitches - but the room rate is too good to complain!
