So lovely! The restaurant is very good, the location not far from the main attractions.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
This is the city of incense so if you intend to do any shopping check out the two markets in town as well as the local shops.
Good hotel opp the bus stand but horrible breakfast. The rooms are clean and the service is good. The food is slightly on the expensive side, the pool is small and didnt visit the spa. There is a pub and an ATM also in the bulding which is good. The area around the hotel is not all that great considering that it is the main bus stand area, however once in you forget the area your in.
Very well maintained hotel and staff. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast had a vast variety of spreads which was one of the best part. Mr.Ramesh from front desk (booking) was very helpful.
Overall a very good place for family to stay.

Have been staying there for a long time now and every stay is very nice and memorable. Good rooms, very clean, courteous staff always eager to please. A must for people looking for a centrally located place to stay in Mysore having 4 star amenities at a reasonable price.
I had horrible experience with this hotel. This is average hotel and nothing specifically good other than location. Service is just OK and most of staff do not take much interest in helping guest. Poor communciation and many times one has to ask for service. In room few basic things I asked like water/ cork opener etc. it took multiple rounds for them and even I got answers that every thing is in room at place.
Most horrible expereince is with transport guy of this hotel, he just tried to get money of pocket, I asked 2900 rs for local sight seeing trusting him I took car, later in car he asked to pay 150 rs extra to driver for parking, driver never parked car in any paid parking. Later i cancelled trip and just for 30 km transport guy took 1500 rs. Over all it was really thug kind of act and i did mention this to hotel staff /reception and nobody tried to help and facilitate.
Overall this hotel is not at all right place for first time visitors and no value of money.
