Excellent hotel - Stayed in Glacier floor - Outstanding Gym /Pool and SPA . I went for conference but used the gym every day. Food was ok . Only downside is there is no free internet and there is $10 charge .

We stayed at the Waterstone arriving very late at night to spend one night before the next flight. All was fine. Nothing spectacular. Served its purpose well. Really close to the airport i.e. 5 minutes.

first time stay and what an experience. Totally different and unique concept. professional and courteous service throughout. The club is just sublime with fine dining and leisure facilities. we chose initially due to close vicinity to international airport but happly stay there while in Mumbai, although we have always stayed in Juhu during recent visit to Mumbai. A pleasant surprise. just suggest to have bag weighing facility wouldbe very useful for travellers.

We stayed here for just one night en-route to Southern India. I'd asked for an airport transfer and despite our flight landing at 0030 the driver was there and very helpful.

The hotel has good security, is very clean and the rooms are smart with trendy furniture. The pool is lovely, with attentive staff if you require drinks/lunch etc. breakfast was excellent with a good variety of local and western foods & drinks - great if you have kids like we do!

Not a 5 star as you have to pay for wifi and some of the electrical sockets don't work, are of odd pin configurations (for the Indian standard) & there weren't enough sockets to recharge a families worth of gadgets! Minor stuff though would stay there again if in Mumbai!

A comfortable nights sleep, good food, tranquil ambience, easy to reach and friendly staff summarize my stay at Waterstone in Mumbai. The open air bar adjacent to the main restaurant offers an opportunity to enjoy a pleasant evening with friends and colleagues, an absolute luxury in Mumbai.

Stayed at water stones for a two day conference and the experience was simply amazing. The simple designs, the spacious rooms, the staff, service standards and just the vibe of the place was amazing. It's a definite recommendation from my end for anyone looking for a relaxed business stay in Mumbai.

The mattresses were amazing. A good sound sleep in a long time!

Room Tip: Ask for the Roma closer to the lift. The walk to the ones on the other side is quite a bit.

I stayed here on my last two nights in India before flying out and it was a welcome rest from the hard work that India can be sometimes! The room (Forest themed) was exceptionally clean, tidy, luxurious, spacious, bright, comfortable and funny (the forest theme was great! I loved it!). A bathtub with a see-thru wall through which I could watch TV in the man room was a absolutely welcome bonus. Crabtree & Apple bath products were gorgeous and as I picked the Single Ladies deal, I got a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival as well as lots of chocolate and breakfast as well as taxi to and from the airport. Perfect!

I especially appreciated all the staff at the Waterstone, particularly the male staff who made me feel very safe and not watched in an intimidatingly sexual way which unfortunately is a huge part of the experience for a single female travelling in India. I'm not sure who hired these guys or who trained them but kudos to you!!! You somehow picked great guys who knew how to be friendly and helpful to a female without staring at her breasts, behind or simply all over in a way that was too long for comfort. Each gentleman, from main concierge to the young guys doing housekeeping work greeted me respectfully, graciously helping me with whatever request and then went about his normal work day without even a second glance at my physical presence. Such a nice relief! Of course all the women who worked at the hotel were lovely and respectful and helpful as well. I so appreciated this from everyone.

The pool is magnificent (possibly the best I've ever experienced and I love hotel swimming pools!). It is GIANT. Again, the pool staff are not intimidating or overly staring at you in your bathers (again, a welcome relief). The massage I got at the hotel spa outlet was fantastic with the room beautiful, ambient and suitably relaxing.

The restaurant was great, food fresh and quickly delivered. Arrive earlier rather than later otherwise certain things like fruit do run out.

The only thing I'd note to be wary of is any room facing into the restaurant courtyard which evidently turns into a barclub on a Saturday (and possibly Friday) night. The bass music could be heard in my room until about 11pm. This didn't bother me as I was up till later than that but it could bother people who want an early night. Otherwise, it was silent and wonderfully relaxing to sleep in.

The location was convenient for the airport (five minute drive) and Bandra East and West (short taxi drive). It's not close to South Mumbai (Colaba and the Taj and other historic colonial sites) though so if that's what you're looking for, be aware that it's over an hour's drive and that's not in traffic. If you don't mind though and just want a REALLY lush hotel stay, that's still close to northern Mumbai locations, this is definitely great.
