Everyone knows the hotel is adding a tower and will soon be known at the quad. I expected a lot of construction noise by day, but at 3AM? They were banging away and delivering construction materials all night long. The tructs were beeping and beeping as they backed up. I will never stay there as long as the construction is going on and it is scheduled for the next two years. Go to Harrah's, Paris, or Bally's instead. How am I supposed to get any sleep with this racket going on.

Room Tip: If your room overlooks the construction site ask for another.

We had our company function here. POOR service we have got. Welcome drink was served afetr 2 hours. for serving strater to more than 200 people there were only, repeating only 2 waiters were there. No, one is intersted to assist you. Food was like hell, you will feel you have been paid to eat . chicken and fish was tasting like 2-3 day old. they are calling it 5 star, but you will not find anyone to offer you glass of water from their staff. no salt, or pepper bottles on table. 2-3 salt bottle was used for 20 tables. if you have salt bottle on your table, everyone will come and ask for that, and will disturbed you. poor cleanliness. worst of worst is location. it is very difficuilt find mode of transport to reach at hotel, more difficuilt to find to go out of hotel. DONT GET ATTRACTED BY LOOKS AND WEBSITE OF HOTEL. IT IS NOT EVEN 2 STAR...

We stayed here for a couple of nights with family recently. What a horrid horrid place! The jacuzzi would not work. Brown water out of the tap when I tried to fill the bath tub. Hair floating. Broken mirror. Non-existent room service. No AC works. BAD BAD BAD quality of food. They were not bothered about replenishing the breakfast items (at 9 in the morning). No toaster to toast the bread. Thick, fat greasy and undercooked rotis/naan. Terrible non-veg food. Overpriced taxis to everywhere. Bell boy "forgot" one piece of luggage near the lobby entrance!!!@!!@!
Can someone sack the hotel manager/ the F&B manager?

I came to the Imperial hotel for business attending an exhibition in Mumbai. The booking has been done by our local agent through a booking agency and we pay 110 euro per night. We an our colleagues booked 10 rooms. The hotel is unbelievably badly mantained and the condition of the rooms is ugly. When I arrived I noticed my room has not been done. Room service is unexistent and the overall quality is less than poor. I would recommend this filthy hotel to my worst enemy. Simply DISGUSTING. Dirt and poorly manteined. Breakfast is absolutely awful and definitely miserable. I found hair in my cup of tea and therefore I decided to stop having breakfast there. I was forced to stay in Mumbai 5 days and, thanks to this absurd hotel, I will have an ugly souvenir of Mubai. Despite of several attempts I was not able to have a stable Wi fi connection. Absolutely awful. Never come here. I am passing all the information to our company legal office in order to at least recover the money they stole us. Despite of several promises received from the hotel manager they did not do anything to make our stay better. Disgusting is the right definition. This hotel is a shame for a beautiful country as India.
