We visited their 24/7 coffeee shop on the 10th of May 2014. The food had nearly finished with not very prompt efforts to refill the containers. The waiters seemed tired, over worked and not interested. Because we knew we were entitled to 3 drinks, we cld ask for them and others followed the suit, when actually its the host's duty to inform us what all they offer in the buffet (when nt displayed).
The ambience was average.
Overall, a bad memory for the price paid, especially in the era of competition when hospitality services are expected to be at their best!

stayed there more than once a year for the past 10 years since it was intercontinental!

this year they had slashed their prices to 50% which made it more of a value for money

free internet, great breakfast buffet, nice and clean rooms

Puzzled by this extra

Everywhere I just present the voucher and that takes care of everything.

Have been assured that the money would be credited back but still am worried.

Kindly accept our apology for the dissatisfaction and inconvenience caused to you with regards to your refund of an amount of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees. Three Thousand Only) did not happen on time as you have expected, which resulted in an inadequate value being delivered to you.

Much as we strive to serve our valued customers with highest and consistent standards of service, we regret that we have not been able to measure up to your expectations this time. As a part our practice hotel pre block a certain amount with regards to guest incidental and extra charges which guest may or may not utilize, suitably the same amount is charged or refunded immediately upon departure at the reception desk through bank. In your case we have executed the refund on 19th May (same day of your departure) at 16:30 pm via IDBI terminal and bank has confirmed the transaction is completed successfully.

Please be rest assured that we shall be talking to the bank once again to confirm the current status and shall suitably update you as soon as we here from the IDBI bank. We apologize for this delay.

My 2 night stay was very pleasant. There is some refurbishment going on in the lobby but noise is kept to a minimum so I doubt it bothered anybody. My room was large and comfortable with plenty of bottled water and a basket of fruit.
The restaurant food was excellent, particularly for someone like me who doesn't like spicy food. So much choice at breakfast I didn't need lunch.
The pool area is not very big but big enough for the few people who used it.
The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for me.
Location is not great unless you want to be near the airport which is 2 minutes away.

Room Tip: The higher the better

location not at all good the property looks quiet old fashioned,dull look and the rooms are just moderate.As far as the food is concerned Its not at all good.One doesn't get the feel of 5 star category.

Going by the standards of a 5 Star Property, this Hotel needs urgent renovation. Stayed here for 2 nights, and everything was just average. Nothing to complain about & nothing to write about. Good enough for the price for a business traveller.

it was business trip to Mumbai, first time to I had book a room in the lalit Mumbai ,and I don’t know any one there, as I am regular gust or you can say family member to lalit Delhi, I had requested to sir ( Mr. Vivek Shukla GM of lalit Delhi ) he has taken great care , as he appointed Ms.Deepmala Chaudhary Revenue Manager from the lalit Delhi, Mam had arrange everything.
My flight was late as I reached Mumbai, there was a pick up from airport reached hotel my room was ready it was in 6th floor, very good view of international airport from room; it was worth of staying in lalit Mumbai.
The most I like in lalit Mumbai is security is very strong , you can’t access to left without the room key.
I would like to thank every body from airport pick to airport drop all staff wear very friendly and very good , last not the least thanks to sir ( Mr. Vivek Shukla GM of lalit Delhi ) it was not possible with him he made it.
