The only reason I booked this hotel was it was just on the edge of Juhu Beach.I went with not many expectations but everything seemed to be falling out of the plate. Even after a confirmed pre -booking, there was no room available at the time I reached. They made me wait and after that the room that was given to me was full of flaws...it was stinking, the safety latch was broken, the peek hole was not functional...after complaining 2-3 times, they finally agreed to change my room. The staff is co-operative but still you need to convince them about the problem you are facing. The breakfast was ok...nothing great. The only way they could make up for me after all the trouble was allowing a late check out...that is about 2pm the next day. I wouldn't recommend the hotel as the first option as there are better ones available as i have experienced myself. But, in case there is no other option with you, the hotel could be one of the average ones...More
