The home to Mahatma Ghandi for years - a "must visit" for anyone who is interested in understanding a little more in the soul of this sub-continent and what brought it to independance. Mani Bhawan is a small museum located in the former living house of Mahatma Ghandi hosting series of letters and pictures around Ghandi's life and his spiritual leadership of the nation, including the room where he used to live during his Mumbai years. This is really breath-taking. The avoidance of high-tech animation or new media installations makes the exhibition unique and in a way sort of old-fashioned but entirely authentic. Worth, in any respect, to go there for a visit. We enjoyed our visit and tribute to Mahatma Ghandi.

Not very well known place, but this place boasts of artifacts belonging to Mahatma Gandhi and has 3D picturization of the era of Independence. A Gandhi lover will simply adore this place

Its right in the centre and not time consuming. Gave us a great opportunity to teach our girls about this great man.
Part of the museum is a vivid 3D displays of his history which is very nice also for the younger ones
