Only one pool that too with wave pool.
Rides are very normal that can be found in local water parks.
Not so many rides.
Staff was too much confused.I bought a combined ticket and they Essel world and Water kingdom persons let us move here and there for our extra baggage. Each one was saying put your baggage at the other place.

“Water Kingdom – Best for Summers”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 July 2014

Summers are damn hot in Mumbai so we friends and family memeber planned visiting this place to beat the heat. When we visited the water was somewhat dirty and that disappointed us. But the slides and the boat ride was great and spending whole day there for a meager ticket price was a great adventure.

3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 June 2014 via mobile

A decent place for a days outing. Water was pretty clean. Can be crowded but thats Mumbai. Food choices are good, alcohol is also available. You will have to bear with dirty toilets and people littering and men oggling.

Safety aspect is poor . Floor and steps are slippery . Only few area is covered with anti skid mat. They should provide anti skid mat all over floor area news toilets and park entry . Entry to park stair steps are risky . Plead hold always railing . The god point is life guards are everywhere and alert . Quality if water is very poor , lot if breech I'm water . Will not recommend anyone to visit . Also the security guards are not aware of their duties . During X-ray scan they will mess with your stuffs.

“Dirty(Entry+Crowd+water+changingroom+exit)+ciggarrette-liquor+dirtyqueue”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 June 2014

Dear Friends,

Few water slides like new amazonia, 4 tier slide, 60 degree, black demon are cool. However, on weekends you will surely get serious crowd here. We had to wait for 45 minutes on an average for each slides so we did not do any slide twice even thou we wanted to. Entry itself was challenge as there are people everywhere and there wont be time you are not pushed by anyone for five seconds.

This family amusement water park has liquor (beer+whiskey+long island ice tea, etc.) plus stalls for cigarrettes which means you will be letting your children smoke a bit passively which is ridiculous. The liquor definitely attracts the crowd that feels it a luxury to drink and behave the way they wont remember in wavepool and aquadrome (raindance disc). So be considerate to hit a few really cheap looking groups staring at your partners extensively at all angles.

The wavepool is more of a second class compartment of local on weekends.(I went on sunday).

The food is good and service is fast. the changing rooms are pathetic and people let their children pee in the changing room itself and drop the mac d boxes all over the place which housekeeping does try to clean but to no avail as they cant manage the crowd of 36000 people in a day (as told by the housekeeping guy itself).

Those who dont prefer ferry and come by mira bhynder, pl note that car is allowed only 2 kms before the main entrance where you will have to park car(Rs.100) and wait in a long queue for park bus which will take you there (1 hour) after which you will have to stand in ticket queue(30 mins) then entrance queue (15 mins) then locker queue (10 min) changing room (10 mins) = 2 hour 5 mins after reaching. this is minimum time on weekends.

Water gets dirty and warm after few hours except amazonia section which seemed clean. Although the personnel were deployed everywhere to guide and keep watch, they were literally helpless due to massive crowd. Crowd management is a big issue here so dont expect much of gentlemenness from crowd once you get inside.

I would personally request you to go on a day apart from weekends and holiday. Please.

Regards,
Nirbhay
