Nice hotel with all the facilities required, rooms are good and service is average have visited the hotel couple of times. Staff is good and the FOOD is good as well. Speed of service needs improvement though. They have good restaurent & buffet.

Nice hotel with all the facilities required, rooms are good and service is average have visited the hotel couple of times. Staff is good and the FOOD is very good. they even provide the happy hour facilities on some drinks.

Room Tip: Deluxe rooms or suite rooms are nice and spacious..

I have stayed in this hotel 2 times and it Dint Disappoint me in any way.The hotel has a nice little lobby , very modern . The rooms were not very Big but well appointed and enough for me and my family.The bathroom was very nice and clean with all the amenities one would expect . The Restaurant is nice and quite famous in that area.
Regarding Location its hard to comment as in Mumbai Location is always based on your purpose. If you are there for sightseeing avoid this location and get a hotel in Town side.

In Short the Price which i got was absolutely Value for money .Hard to Find fault.

Weird entry, decent rooms, poor service and not too good food is how I will summarize the hotel. Even though the expectations were high as this is classified as 4 star hotel, but it was no where close to where I should be writing anything good about this experience.. Oh yes, the 30% discount on last minute booking made it milder. :)

Expected bigger room as in picture but stayed in a small room. Bathroom was faulty as shower had only warm water. Waited for 20 min at airport for pick up. Courtesies were good. Got extended checkout time.
