I have stayed twice in Milan international. In my first stay in 2012, the room was pretty decent. sheets were clean. Ac was working fine. Bathroom was also ok. No complaints for any of the services.
In my second visit to the hotel in 2013, the services were terrible. Room quality degraded. Rooms were smelly and management was not customer oriented at all. I had booked via make my trip hence money was already paid. Had to argue with the guy at reception to be given the same room like last year. And then it was told that last year was given the room which was a higher category for no reason. Somehow managed to sleep that night and vowed never to come back to this hotel again.More
