... is the reason I keep going back.

Let's face it, nothing is actually 100% and Four Seasons in Mumbai is no exception. After a decidedly average experience in the Spa, I mention to the smiling Concierge and she is genuinely, I mean genuinely concerned. She is concerned for me the customer, for the hotel brand, for the Spa team and for the poor unsuspecting (poorly trained) member of staff who has clearly "let themselves and the hotel down". She makes notes. She makes a call. My unhappiness is mentioned the following morning at checkout (maybe they have had a full team meeting about it..). I am convinced they will do a root cause analysis and put it right for the next customer.

Plenty of hotels claim this concern, but this was acted on quickly and professionally - It was genuine. It made me forget the issue and focus on how well they have been trained into the brand.

We all know Four Seasons to be at the top of the game. Marvelous service, great rooms, really high quality fittings and fixtures and gorgeous food. There will be those who would feel intimidated by the 5 star opulence - especially in Mumbai's slightly less than fragrant Worli district, but for me, this is the best digs in Bombay - and I include the latest openings.

Final note, don't be put off by my little complaint; the Spa is usually fantastic. Oh, and have the eggs Benedict for breakfast if you want to have a mildly embarrassing knee trembling experience in an open restaurant. Aaahhh

You cannot imagine how wonderful the service and facilities were - its like a haven in the middle of kaos. The service was very friendly and professional. The staff did not spare an effort to make my stay enjoyable.

Room Tip: It is unfair to judge hotel location as poor -- anywhere in Mumbai is poor location, behind a five star hotel - there was a shanty town with tin roofs - kind of make you feel uneasy

Excellent service & food, nice ambiance, personal attention, quick service at check in & at the time of Check out, nice rooms , spacious, decently decorated, staff very cooperative, helpful, decent.
good quality food of all types ,nice hall for functions like conferences,receptions etc

Four Seasons is a nice property....Lovely roof top bar which provided a very soothing experience after a long and tiring day.....I liked the celerity with which room service turned around food.....Lovely food.....But not a very pleasing experience at Breakfast since the staff was not quite responsive as was the food.....Amenities are great....Overall a nice experience

The hotel charges differently for guests. Never book their rooms online with them. They pre-charge you and don't offer breakfast or wifi. Better book through corporate account or through third party service providers. We spent so much in the hotel but ended up not getting any of their quality service.
