Nothing negative, everything is great: the rooms are beautiful with an amazing view of the city and the Arabian Sea. Restaurants (Indian, Cantonese, Thai and méditerranienne) are excellent. Complete and delicious petit dej. Very friendly and helpful staff. And must of the city: the first sky bar Mumbai: AER bar (champagne, cocktails, snacks) and dj stunning quality. Pool small but very pretty. Very good stay

The customer service was outstanding. From the time I arrived until I left, I felt like a king! I found the Italian restaurant a little lacking, but maybe I chose the wrong thing, pasta. As for the Asian restaurant, I found it to be very good. Probably because I chose the right thing, rice.

The room was very nice with all the amenities you would expect from a Four Seasons. Great WiFI (essential for business travel).

Again, nothing beats the service hear and the sense of safety and security. Well done.

Amazing place, big large 33 floors tower. he reception is filled with staff, maybe 10 or 15 at anytime so checking in or whatever is always fast and handled on the dime. Rooms are great, bed are very comfy, shower and bath are luxurious and efficient. The only little thing is breakfast, they only offer a cold buffet and anythign warm has to be ordered and sometimes the order is right, sometimes it may not come as ordered... Just a little glimpse but nothing major.

Other then that, it is a great place to stay in a prime area.

Too many wrongs and not enough to redeem the situation inspite of them trying really hard.
Terrible service at SanQi, no water or wine for atleast 45 mins. Very expensive wine list with many of them unavailable.Why list if u don't carry them
Food very mediocre,surprisingly portions are ok though.
Room is ok, beds are terribly uncomfy , woke up with a terrible back ache, expected better at the Four Seasons, Bathroom was awesome as with most Four Seasons around the world.
I feel like the Palladium hotel might be a better and cheaper choice in the same area.

Room Tip: higher floor corner rooms are quiet

I am extremely disappointed to learn of the many inconveniences caused to you and more importantly, for not meeting your expectations and living up to the reputation of the Four Seasons brand. In San-Qi you mention the issue regarding availability of the wines and pricing, your comments are well noted. Please accept my sincere apologies for these shortfalls. Rest assured that I will personally be looking into this and that we will do our utmost to avoid a recurrence. Despite the above we do appreciate your positive feedback in regard to the bathroom which was 'awesome'.

Unlike most of Mumbai's 5-star hotels that are usually one ends of the city where traffic can be a bit of a hassle, the Four Seasons makes for a serene and wonderful business hotel in Worli suitable for trips to both sides of Mumbai. Staff is very friendly (similar to most five star hotels in India), the rooms (I was in 2901) understated and very large, comfortable with great bathrooms, free wifi, French coffee press, water, newspaper...all aimed at making the stay very pleasant. The lobby is very small can be busy and unlike palatial hotels in India not one for lingering. A bright coffee shop/bar is a bit too open but comfortable and often full. The breakfast is part of the room and has an extensive buffet and off menu. Was there for a week in sweltering June and though the rooftop bar was closed, had a great time. Another plus--parked cars and drivers pull in a very short time unlike some of the very large hotels. Highly recommend it.

Had a reservation for the Aer sky lounge, but on reaching the place was told that the place is closed for monsoon renovation. So we were led to "The Club" on one of the top floors. The place is reflects a regal ambience with tables set widely apart for a private session. We chose a table near the window, which gave a panoramic view of south Mumbai, overlooking the Arabian sea. The bar menu has a wide choice of alcoholic beverages to order from. For starters we ordered the Lamb Galawati kebab, paneer tikka & bhurani kebab. The lamb galawati was succulent, well done and a sure stand out. The main course was mutton biryani & Altantic salmon, with the biryani getting top marks and the Atlantic salmon being quite average. The ambience with a good view is the sure winner here.

Room Tip: Did not stay, but had dinner at the club lounge.

You cant go wrong with Four seasons, don't miss their rooftop bar, its an attraction by itself.
Just go and experience yourself, you will find it lovely.

The concierge has good knowledge about city local eating spots to best bars.
