I am overly critical perhaps but I was really disapointed with all aspects of this hotel.. too much staff , all chatting with eachother, service slow and shoddy. Rooms are tiny and gaudy in some way. Could have been understated and elegant...The less said abt the food the better...Not like teh world class Four Seasons I have had the pleasure of experiencing...

Neat and clean hotel in the heart of city. However, you may have parking problem at cannaught place area. One may even negotiate to get a reasonable deal as their rack rates are quite high. The food is good. the hotel is amazing , staff is good , food is great

We got an incredible offer with a free additional night - so it worked out reasonable for us. The room was amazing, and the attention to details was incredible.
The concierge was very helpful, and made reservations for us at restaurants outside the hotel, and was ever ready with tips and suggestions (all reasonable)
Ours was a shopping trip, and the hotel had an excellent location. Phoenix mills was close by, and the concierge suggested another excellent place about ten mins away which had a lot of homeware stuff.
The reception area is minimal, and does get slightly crowded on weekend nights with lots of youngsters headed to Aer Bar. There is a cover charge only for non-residents, residents can go in, and take their friends along too!
The Spa is a must try- it has a vitality pool, steam bath, sauna.......all in all luxurious.
We had a 90 min treatment for around USD 100.

We stayed at the hotel with a bunch of friends and were very happy with the room size and service standard.
The gym is very nice with beds in the jacuzzi which is a must visit.
The bar on the roof known as Aer is one of the best spots to visit in Mumbai to see the sunset.
Food was very good and we will definately visit the hotel again as it is very centrally located.

From check in to check out, the four seasons epitomized the phrase quality service. I was upgraded to a suite on arrival and a guest relations officer completed the check in process in my room, beats queuing at the check in the counter any day!

The hotel is primarily a business hotel, and would not recommend it for a family trip. The in room dining service is impeccable with a good variety of entrees from the restaurants at the hotel.

The concierge pearl, was extremely helpful in getting me a local phone connection within minutes as opposed to going to a photo studio, taking photos etc and getting approvals etc. The hotel is well secured with extensive security measures are in place.

I was given a 7 series BMW for my return trip to the airport even though I requested and paid for a Toyota corolla. Also check out the hotels website directly as I only paid for 4 nights though I stayed for 6!

The hotel was recommended to me by a supplier in Mumbai. The hotel came highly rated and definately did not disappoint me.
I was collected from the airport and transported in the latest 7-series BMW which was great after the heat and hustle of the short trip from New Delhi.
It was well situated and the staff were remarkable and attentive of my every need.
The 'Aer Bar' must be experienced, not only by guests at the hotel but by anyone visiting Mumbai. A spectacular view of the city, good music and a real cosmopolitan feel.
It was a little disappointing that considering the cost of accomodation, internet access was charged extra and a few extra touches would have been nice.
It may be a Four Seasons thing but the soaps etc. were all from France and other Indian hotels, of the same star rating, kept things more 'Indian'.
All said - WELL WORTH IT!
