we really can't thank enough to the staff at the hotel. they advised us so much on where to go, not to go to enjoy the stay in Jaipur. the hotel was clean, hot-watered, safe, etc. it's a bit difficult find it but it's India. that's what happens. i would go back to this hotel with no hesitation.

The room was lovely, the bathroom clean and large, and the food excellent. Staying at Rawla is like staying in the home of friends. The family lives on the property, and your host, Sanyogita, will help you in any way you need. There is a nice home-style dining and sitting area, and there are little alcoves everywhere to sit, read a book, watch the peacocks and enjoy being in Jaipur. There is also a lovely garden area below that is nice to sit in during the evening when it cools down a bit. It also has a terrific location: walking distance to main bus terminal and five minutes to the train station.

We were overwhelmed by the hospitality extended by the respectable family members. The location, the bungalow....rooms and sit outs, facilities were beyond expectations. Will definitely stay there whenever we visit Jaipur next. A truly homely experience away from your home. Wished we could have stayed more.

Rawla is a very lovely building in a nice area. it has the most beautiful garden with peacocks walking around. evrything in Rawla is lovely and have been chosen very carefully with a very good taste. they are original and very classy like the owner of this boutique guesthouse (Mrs Sanyogita) which actually belongs to a maharajah's family. you can see antique furniture and photos all around the house. the ambiance here is doubtfully very calm and friendly you can feel exactly home. each room has it's own design and anything you may need to feel comfortable and welcomed is ready. when we asked for something or for the Lady to come, it just takes 2 minutes, though she lives in ground floor. other people there were also nice and kind and always ready to help. Mrs Sanyogita gave us all the information about what we can buy, where to go and what to do in Jaipur. She prepares a very good taxi driver (Salim) with a good car for us to go around the city (with a very reasonable price of course). She even wanted her staff to warm up our own food and serve that in very nice terraces. each night we spent hours chatting with the hostess about Indian culture and that was very good. it was really very difficult to leave this place for us we wanted to stay there more. Mrs Sanyogita also gave us generous suggestion to send us anything we need from Jaipur as I told her (when we came back home) we didn't find some especial things in other cities. I can't thank her enough for her hospitality and generosity. You can easily find out she is a well-rounded lady from a reputable family.
all in all, Rawla is the best choice in Jaipur as it is impeccably clean with hot water(just turn the heater on), well decorated, very good location near to anywhere you want to go and definitely value for money.

We spent 4 nights here - the room was great - very clean with a super bathroom. Our host Sanyogita is terrific - she gives tips on places to visit can organise drivers for you and really makes you feel welcome - there is a garden to relax in and several terraces to use if you want to catch the sun - peacocks strolling about an occasional monkey passing by whilst you have breakfast - highly recommend - and would love to stay again .

We spent three days at the lovely Rawla Rawatstar and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The rooms were very private and secure and our hostess, Sanyogita, really looked after us during our stay organising cars, recommending sights and even went over and above expectation in delivering to us personally some items that we left behind in the room after our departure.

The rooftop view from the homestay inspired views of flying kites against the backdrop of the looming Tiger Fort, and tuk tuks and Taxis were really available 40metres down the road to take you anywhere in Jaipur. Excellent location, just ten minutes by tuk tuk to the pink city.
