This is a very nice hotel with character. Our room was nicely appointed but lacked light, however there are many rooms to choose from. We had a nice meal here as well.
The hotel is a bit out of the city which wouldn't have mattered if we had left ourselves more time in Jaipur, particularly as we arrived on Sunday when things close up early.

Dear Angela & Steve,
Thank you for your review for The Royal Heritage Haveli, this former Hunting Lodge of the family of Jaipur. We are happy to note that you were comfortable and enjoyed your stay with us. One night is not doing justice to the city or the property and we would recommend a minimum stay of two nights, if not three and to have a meal here in the evening to enjoy the charm and tranquility of the place. We look forward to your visiting us in the near future with more time on hand.
Warm regards.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were pleasant and the service good. We stayed 2 nights but our plane was delayed and they allowed us to remain in our room until 4.00 pm without extra charge. The swimming pool was a welcome relief to the heat and business of the day. We chose room 103 which is away from the road and has a small balcony which we loved. We were offered a huge room instead at no additional cost but it did not have a balcony so we stayed with 103. Food is very good. Dinner (no matter what you buy) includes pre-dinner drinks and all alcohol with, and after, the meal. We liked sitting outside for food on the terrace. It is a calm oasis which is quite a long way from the centre and from the attractions but well worth the extra driving.

Room Tip: Room 103 with a small balcony is quiet and peaceful.

We stayed four nights here and very much enjoyed our stay. Our room was beautiful, the bed very comfortable and the all the meals that we had here were delicious. Our driver, an employee of the hotel, spoke english well and was able to provide us with so much information as we travelled around the city. Our flight to Delhi (connecting there with a flight to Udaipur) was cancelled at the last minute and Raj was able to get us a seat on the train to Udaipur which meant our schedule was not disrupted. We were also given a packed lunch for the trip which was wonderful. A great place to stay and a place that I am very much looking forward to returning to.

We spent two nights here and had a wonderful experience. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was beautiful, the bed incredibly comfortable and the food excellent. The whole place is very relaxing with an air of calm. As others have said they even sent us on our way with a packed lunch. Cannot recommend too highly. The best hotel on our trip, we just wish we could have stayed longer.

Room Tip: All rooms are lovely I am sure. There is some road noise but it is soon forgotten as you drift into...

This is a beautiful hotel with really lovely gardens. The attention to detail is superb. We were 3 friends travelling together and were upgraded to a suite.
The food and service were wonderful and we took advantage of the free wine offer!
The shower and toilet were separate, the shower was great; our only criticism was that the opaque glass door on the toilet didn't afford us enough privacy,

January 2014, my friend and I made arrangements to visit Jaipur for 2 days, one overnight.
We made our arrangements through On Time Travels in New Delhi. I can not say enough about the outstanding service provided by On Time Travels. We had also requested a guide and driver.
These 2 individuals were professional in every way and most knowledgeable. Our biggest surprise was the Royal Heritage Haveli in Jaipur. Luxurious suite, beautiful, peaceful gardens and surroundings. Their restaurant has a very good menu and the food was excellent. It was a posh little reprieve in a lovely city.
We would definitely use On Time Travel for all of our excursions.

Room Tip: There was no fitness center or spa. Did not need these after our busy days.

Royal heritage hotel is a boutique hotel with plush interiors, rambling lawns, and serene courtyards. The suite is luxurious, large and beautifully planned and has its own sitting area. A kettle for tea and cookies are complementary in all rooms. The staffs are exceptional and did their best to make us feel welcome. The hotel also has a swimming area. The food is great, prices are reasonable and the service is very personal. The hotel also has a professional masseur on call. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have an elegant experience.
