As I just came back from my two weeks trip to India and I stayed in Oberoi Gurgaon, Oberoi Amarvilas, Oberoi Udaivilas, Oberoi Mumbai. I would like to tell everyone that the service you received in each hotel is beyond expectations and it will surpass any experience of 5 star hotel. Oberoi is one of a kind and you cannot find any hotel that can compete with them.
Below is the letter that I sent to the Oberoi Rajvilas in Jaipur.
Dear Mr. Singta:
As I have returned home from India, I would like to share with you my experience staying at Oberoi hotels throughout my journey in India. Each Oberoi hotel had their own unique ambiance as well as excellent hospitality. They all have a culture of great service and spoiling their guests. Therefore please have in mind that I was treated above and beyond standard in each place. But among all these hotels, in my opinion Rajvilas experience was incomparable, your staff at Rajvilas were outstanding. Each and every one of them surpassed my expectation in professionalism and hospitality.
I have been to so many luxury hotels around the world, but I have never received such high levels of attention.
Your staff created an atmosphere that was very difficult for me to leave.

I was humbled by you greeting me personally, and then dear Karatika took care of the formality and showed me around. She made me laugh so much and I enjoyed her fun personality.
At your restaurant Kartik took such wonderful care of me that I had to call him from Mumbai to thank him again and say goodbye.
Dharam, Saurabh, Paradeep, Sita, Tika, Abhishek, Shiuam and Aditya and Mr. Yadev all made my stay very comfortable and each of them treated me like I was their family. I really felt I was at my own home.
Manjeri took care of my breakfast at the Fort and I had a wonderful conversation with her.
Among all these stars, you have Rishabh Jain as your superstar.
He is genuine, detail oriented and a very professional gentleman.
He goes way above and beyond taking care of the guest's needs.
When I had an issue in Mumbai, he was the only one that I thought I could call for help. I am profoundly appreciative of his kindness, his thoughtfulness touched my heart immensely.
