We did not stay in this Inn during our recent visit, but the general ambience of the place is very pleasing to the eye.
We had a quick lunch at their restaurant and found the food delicious, reasonable in price, cooked fresh and served by the smiling staff. I liked the general atmosphere, books and some table games laid out to engage and entertain young people. The place was full of foreign students, probably backpackers, chatting or working on their laptops in a relaxed way.
The courteous and friendly owner, Mr. Bhargava, seemed in and out of the place all the time so I assume he oversees most of the doings, including in the restaurant even though it is subcontracted.
We did not find the restaurant wanting in any way, and in fact I went away wondering why this centrally located hotel was called a 'budget hotel' or a 2 star hotel as it looked quite uniquely attractive! Of course, I have no clue what the rooms are like and there was no time to check that part out.
May try out the rooms too on my next visit. Another meal, most certainly.
