This was definitely one of the best places we stayed in during our 5 week tour of India, It was also one of the least expensive! It is a little out of the center which makes it quiet but requires an inexpensive tuk-tuk/taxi ride to get around. There are a few basic shops and ATMs within 10 minutes walk
Our room was large, clean and nicely decorated. I loved the paintings and painted ceilings all around the hotel. The food, eaten for the most part in the garden, was excellent. The peacocks coming round were an additional treat.
Ali, our tuk-tuk driver took us around the sights of Jaipur and the Amber Fort over 3 days..Listening to what we wanted and driving well.
I would recommend a room away from the stairwell if possible as we found it a little noisy with people coming and going (not helped by an extended Indian family having long conversations in the corridor one night!)
