Neatly maintained clean ambience. Seats are more comfortable than any other theater (except the premium one in Abirami Mall). Really love the experience.

The flyover (road over bridge) near the Ampa Mall has finally been completed and it is therefore easier to access the Mall both for pedestrians and vehicle-owners, from Nelson Manickam Road as well as Poonamallee High Road.

The cinema theatres are situated on the 4th floor and access by the lifts can take a while since the capacity of the lifts is not large; so it is advisable to get there early. After exiting the lift, one has to traverse a long narrow corridor to the foyer where the theatres are. The foyer can get pretty crowded and claustrophobic. The food courts are here and everyone is milling around waiting for the doors to open. The doors to the theatres are opened only a couple of minutes before the show starts and the lights are dimmed immediately. Senior citizens and children will find it hard to locate their seat numbers in the dim light.

The seats are comfortable. I found the sound system rather loud but it had the advantage of drowning out the occasional cellphone conversations in the hall.

At the end of the show, one has to again walk along the long corridor to the lift. The corridor has slopes (ramps) as well as steps; so not suitable for those on wheelchairs.

I got the feeling that the place is not ready for a contingency like the Apsara Theatre incident in Delhi.

The food is overpriced (as in most cinemas) and parking is exorbitant, especially on weekends.

The theatres are good in Ampa mall. The theatre's under PVR with Dolby Atmos. sound system. The are good with more spacious and good seating. But the snacks are very expensive.
