Our savior at the night. we reached Darjeeling late around 8:30pm. after much searching we find no better hotel than this.
Good location,
Decent and clean rooms,
Hot water in the bathroom,
Pocket friendly,
Staffs ready at your service,
a decent restaurant(veg).
And wait for the surprise when you will see the snow clapped Kanchenjunga from the room itself.

Room Tip: Ask for the room overlooking Kanchenjunga. If the weather is clear you'll feast your eyes laying...

Hotel is having very good location. Rooms are also good. Hotel is budget friendly. Food quality is average. The worst thing is that hotel staff is rude and not helpful. Hotel is having centralised water heating system so it is also a good thing. only thing is that management required improvement.

I am an avid traveller but i have never seen such a unruly management. The owner does not have basic ettiquette to talk to customers. One should not visit such a hotel. Extremely unhygienic, pathetic food and Worst ever restaurant.

Most of the rooms in the hotel have a great view of the mountains and the bigger rooms have a smaller sitting area too. The rooms are bigger than most Darjeeling hotels ,and when you first arrive,at least you can park for a while on the somewhat broader road to unload your baggage. There is piping hot water, which is more than most hotels offer in Darjeeling.Food is only vegetarian, and they also allow guests to cook their own food in the kitchen .Several staff have been there for years and are friendly enough. They bring hot water bottles on request.
Rooms on the lower floor are built hugging the hillside and are therefore, not too spacious or warm.

Room Tip: Choose the rooms above the lobby, they are more expensive, but worth the extra money.Tell the staff wh...

We had the best view of the mountains from dawn till late in the night. The centralized water heating system provides hot water in ample quantity which is rare in Darjeeling considering the acute water shortage in this town since the last 40 years. The food is good if you are a veggie. not even eggs are used in this hotel. A BIG THUMBS UP for this hotel.

Room Tip: Choose rooms wit a view of the mountains . The view is simply superb.
