The rooms are extremely well-furnished and very comfortable. It's a boutique hotel and a slight bit on the higher side in terms of cost, but definitely worth each rupee spent. Will definitely give you a good night's sleep. The location is also very convenient if you are looking to stay in the middle of the city. The room service menu is not very exhaustive, especially late at night. That is the only flaw I can think of. They even upgraded my room one time, and it was a nice gesture.

I stayed at Hotel Chrome for 2 nights and 3 days. The staff was very courteous and responded to all my queries. The hotel is a boutique property and really has adopted the boutique culture well. The rooms are good and spacious and clean. The toiletries are really well styled and of a good quality packed into a Test tube shape bottles. Its a value for money boutique hotel.

Room Tip: Should choose on the 3rd and 4th floor for a good view. Take the rooms on the side.

What do you do when you walk in to a hotel for check-in,drink the "complimentary" juice and after you put in your signature, you're battered with instructions to follow in the hotel. Then to top it all,the receptionist "signals" as if he wants to talk to you privately-you do come close to him out of surprise and he mentions-while your room has been booked thru your agent-you'll have to pay for meals etc not mentioned in the inclusions(i'd booked thru yatra or cleartrip). While that earth-shattering news was something i just laughed about-i didnt quite like the manners of the receptionist(or mannerisms-rather).
The standard room-decent-but nothing exceptional. The view-great-if you fancy old buildings and flyovers. To top it all-the toileteries had your regular shampoos etc-but no shaving razor! If youre on a short business trip-that's One thing you dont carry if you're flying with only hand baggage.
The assistance-they couldnt locate a famous lounge that was 500 metres walking distance from their place. The taxi guy knew it!But to be fair-the did call a taxi.
The food-only had the breakfast.Decent.Ham only if you Asked for it.The restaurant seemed to be done by an over enthusiastic architect. All in all,i'd go to any of the regular hotels in that range any given day.My trip was just for one day-so i could not see the pool or the bar.
The service was the good point though-they were very prompt. All in all-a mixed experience.

Stayed there for 2 day in August. The location of the property is very good. Check in was very smooth with staff more then eager to answer your every query. Room and bed were comfortable although bathrooms are little smaller. Room service was excellent. Buffet breakfast was average with limited items. Would come back for sure

I was told this is a boutique property and must stay if around this area . But I think the maintenance is a big issue or perhaps I was expecting too much cause I was told so much about the place . The location is good but I think within the same price there are other properties in the area too.
