We visted Olinda in late December 2010 and by chance came Marola on a walk along the foreshore. It looked like a pretty cool place to have a drink with a view but we were soon to discover that the food is also amazing. The atmosphere is very relaxed, open air with very cold beers and amazing seafood dishes. The service is great and a couple of waiters speak a little bit of english. Highly recommend a visit (or two) to Marola for a genuine Brazilian experience.
