Pros: Close to I-59 and several eating establishments; clean and comfortable rooms; nice front desk staff

Con: The only thing I can't rate well is the breakfast. The selection was okay, but the quality/taste could have been better.

This was at least our second stay at this hotel, which makes a good overnight on our trips to the Great Smoky Mountains. Rooms are clean and well equipped, beds are very comfortable, service and personnel are attentive, informative, and accommodating.

There are a number of restaurants in the area, though our stay was on night of Christmas Day, meaning most about everything was closed.

We would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

Hotel is really Convenient fo highway and races. Staff always helpful but not intrusive. Plastic cutlery is acceptable to us at breakfast, but... get better quality ones that you can actually cut with. In truth no problems with this hotel, save for noise from refrigerator in room being a little intrusive. Would stay again.

We stayed here one night heading to Florida. Very comfortable room (have stayed at Hampton Inns before), nice beds, good size bathroom for 3 women to spread their stuff out! Cracker Barrel restaurant is in front out by the main road so one member of our party ordered take out and picked it up very easily.
Next morning it was zip back on the highway again.

Stayed here for one night while traveling. The hotel is clean, comfortable and decorated with a sleek style. Our room with two beds had a desk, microwave and refrigerator which was a plus. There is a nice fitness center and outdoor pool on site. Breakfast was typical for Hampton with a nice selection of cereals, fruit, muffins and some hot items. The staff at this property were all very friendly and helpful. There are nice restaurant options close to the hotel and a few within walking distance like the Cracker Barrel that we ate at. We were pleased with this Hampton Inn and would return if traveling through through the area again.

For the Red Cross, I have stayed in a number of motels and hotels. Hampton Inn in Gadsden will always bring back pleasant memories of Alabama. The staff from the front desk to dining and housekeeping were outstanding. They went out of their way to help my colleagues and myself facilitate our service goals for our organization. In return, we could give more service to the people of Alabama. Thank you so much for making our stay a truly memorable.

Room Tip: Tasty, variety and ample breakfast.

Came because of good reviews - and bad reviews on locations north on I-59 all the way to Chattanooga. Good solid Hampton of roughly year or two age, Main problem we had is the address is wrong in Google - shows as being on Walker Drive which is a couple miles away instead of Walker Street. Was surprised that the outdoor pool was still open in late November, but teenaged son decide to swim anyway in the cold water. Would recommend.
