Had a great stay! Place was clean and homey. Kathy and Brian were great! Very helpful and great service during our stay. Would recommend staying with them when in Gulf Shores. (Second visit staying with them)

If I were to rate this condo for value alone it would be a five. We stayed in a clean, updated decor, well maintained one bedroom condo. (702 A) We had a beach side balcony and plenty of room for our family of three. The couch was a queen size pullout and worked well for our small teenage daughter. If you weighed more than 100 pounds however it would not be comfortable. But the accommodations for a couple would be perfect. We had an entire team there for the world series and my friends rented a variety of condos, hotels and beach houses and I must say I was very happy with my choice in comparison. At the racquet club you have the lagoon for fishing, a quiet beautiful beach a few steps away. You cross a highway but the traffic is minimal and there is a bridge to the beach rather than a long sandy walk. The pool is a nice escape too, it had a few families with smaller children there during our stay but was never over crowded. The guests we encountered were either families with small children or teenagers and older couples. It was quiet and relaxed. It is not an upscale place nor is it run down, it is an older building and my friends who stayed on the third floor had an older outdated decor but still enjoyed their stay. The cons for me were, smelly dirty elevators and not enough barbeques outside. The pros location, value and amenities (pool, hot tub, fishing, crabbing, and tennis courts). Also, if you love wild life like I do, keep an eye out after midnight on the beach side and you will see a family of foxes, I watched them play at night and loved it.

Room Tip: Be aware of the condo you rent, look at photos and be sure to get the beach side balcony. I think t...

This property has been here for awhile. The grounds are kept very clean and well maintained. The front office staff is nice. As for the condos, I agree with the other reviews: Some are nice, some are not. You must walk across the street to get to the beach, but this far down the parkway, there isn't much traffic. Nice wooden bridge and beach access only for this resort.

The pool area is beautiful, two piers on the lagoon and plenty of grills. This is a great place if you are on a budget, but still want a resort experience.

There is some construction going on at this moment, but the walls of our 5th floor condo are thick and it has not been that big of a bother. I would stay here again!

Depending on which unit you rent, your experience will vary. Ours was fine but others in the family were worse. Two families dominated the pool area and were loud and obnoxious until midnight. Bad news if your bedroom is by the pool. Once those families left everything was fine. They must be regulars because no one stopped them from running around and taking all the space.

Room Tip: Get a bedroom away from pool area --very loud at night

We stayed at this property and loved the condo we stayed in as well as the entire atmosphere. Great security on site overseeing the property. Loved using the grills by the pool to cook. A short walk across a not-very-busy street to the beach. This is a quiet part of the beach so it is almost like a private beach. The property is on the lagoon side-- the water closest to the property in the photos is not for swimming (tons of jellyfish when we were there) but the beach is not too far of a walk. It is a couple of miles down the beach at the "T" but don't miss "The Hangout" (great people watching at this public beach area too by the Hangout--busier area if that is what you are looking for) and "The Oyster House" is worth the long wait in line!

Room Tip: All the rooms have a great view of the sunset!

My husband and I went with two friends down to Gulf Shores for Spring Break. After the trip, I have decided that I would like to come back every year! The whole area seemed very safe, fun, and family oriented. We rented our unit through Brett Robinson Vacation Rentals and were very pleased with our service. They were always available to answer any questions we had and provided us with everything we needed from them.

We have stayed at this condo unit many times & will return again! Beautiful, comfortable condo. great place to bring kids, bay fishing frm pier behind condo unit, tennis court, beautiful pool, hot tub & kiddie pool, beach across the street. Downside: 15 minutes from shopping, turtle slow internet-if you are able to access at all-not all
RNA can get internet, no help w/condo maintenance problems when something is broken & when xtra towels are needed.
