We stayed 4 nights in room 610 at the end of May 2014. This was an end room (east side of the building) away from the Hangout. We were a little concerned that the music from the hangout would keep us awake but we were there during the week - so they stopped about 11 pm. Staff was very friendly. Condo was beautiful, a little dated, but comfortable. Need rubber "slides" on furniture - you could hear every time someone moved a chair above you and on the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Towels etc. Very clean. A little confusing was the cleaning service. Brochures say they do not offer daily service, however the signs in the room ask weather you want to reuse your towels. (They DO offer daily towel service etc.) Sitting on the balcony was heaven, sound of crashing waves all day long was so relaxing that I didn't want to leave. Elevators were slow. the grounds need some updating and cleaning. The beach was nice, not very crowded at all. We did notice that the beaches towards Orange Beach (where there are many more condo buildings) were ten times more crowded on the beaches. The area was a little too touristy for us however staying on the beach or walking along the beach towards the pier was incredible. There does need to be a better cleaning program for the beaches themselves though. Some mornings there was garbage all over the beach. No one came by to clean up all day. many guests were walking around with their own garbage bags cleaning up trash. We were all cleaning the areas around us because obviously neither the hotel nor the city does that. They had the beach cleaning machines out cleaning the public beach but stopped right past the Pink Pony. All-in-all we loved our room and would come again. A little tip to the Phoenix - redo your bulletin board in the elevator please - very unprofessional. Also maybe you could post a sign near the elevator on each floor to remind people that talking very loud while waiting for the elevator or walking to their room disturbs the other guests (everyone's bedrooms are near the hallway.) Some people don't realize that sound carries and are a tad inconsiderate when coming home at night or leaving early in the morning. Also - could REMIND people not to smoke on their balconies.

Room Tip: Definitely recommend choosing an end room on the east side of the building. You only have people on...

The condo was very clean. The patio furniture was a little weathered. Only really have two complaints one being when you first pull into the parking lot there's a huge dip and bump which throws everybody in the car every time you pull into the lot and second the door to the apartment to the condo would not close automatically. You would always have to go back and make sure the door had closed after you left the condo.

This was a quick 3 day getaway with girlfriends & we had never stayed here before. The location was great & the room was very clean. The staff were all very friendly. This is definitely a place that we will stay in the future. Only one minor drawback was the side of the building we stayed on (room #601), you were on the side of the Hangout so you couldn't sit on the balcony and just listen to the waves. It was still awesome though.

First time for us staying here. This place was referred to us by a local businessman there. We met him a view years ago and gave us his business card. We stayed in room 608 and had a perfect view of the beach. Didn't have to drive anywhere because most stores and attractions were within walking distance. The Hangout was right next door and also our favorite stores. The rooms were just right for the five of us. There was 1 bedroom with a king sized bed and full bath. Also there were two bunk beds and a sleeper sofa and also a half bath. The kitchen had all sorts of cooking utensils and equipment. The beach was right outside of the door. Perfect location and price. Everyone was friendly and helpful including the guest. The only thing that needs improvement would be the elevators; they were a lil slow. Our family will stay here next time we are in town!!

I loved eating breakfast on my patio looking at the beautiful Gulf! The kitchen was very convenient. The set up with the bedroom and bunkbeds worked will for us and our adult niece. In the bedroom we could certainly hear the band in the club down the road, but turning on a fan drowned that out and they did stop around midnight. The pool and beach access were perfect.

First time in Gulf Shores, the suite was wonderful for t he price, we were able to cook great meals, as the kitchen was very well appointed, breakfast on the balcony overlooking the gulf.......quiet, very comfortable, beds not the best but just fine, would stay here again if we can get down there again...loved the location, finally relaxed!

Room Tip: All the same, we were on the 6th floor. \\\\Great views

We just returned for a 4 day get away for spring break today. We couldn't have asked for a better to stay. Stayed on top floor with the most spectacular views of beach. Other than the beds a little uncomfortable and slow elevators. We'd stay there again definately when we go back to Gulf Shores.
