This condo was perfect for our 2 family vacation. Each adult couple had a king suite and there was plenty of room for our 4 kids in the 3rd bedroom. The kitchen was perfect with great storage space for snacks. The best thing was the proximity to the beach. We loved the small condo community. No waiting for the elevator. We were able to leave our beach stuff downstairs. The balcony was a great place to eat breakfast and lunch. We felt very safe and secure. I honestly can't say enough good things about this condo. It was wonderful going to sleep every night listening to the waves from the master suite.
What a great place to stay for our spring break week. We enjoyed the view and balcony. The rooms are very spacious and the multiple bathrooms were nice for a bigger group. The walk to the beach is short. The condo has a designated spot for your beach chairs and umbrella so you do not have to carry all your thing back to the condo each night. We utilized the pool daily, our little kiddos loved it. The kitchen is stocked with every thing you may need to cook and bake while at the beach. The decorations are adorable and the living room area is very comfortable and cozy. My only SMALL complaint is that the beds are firm! We would definently stay there again!
We absolutely loved this condo!!! It was much bigger than it appeared in the pictures. We had 9 people in our party and each person had a nice place to sleep. Our little children loved the bunk beds that had been placed in a converted closet in the 3rd bedroom. The furniture was in good condition. The kitchen was well supplied. We really enjoyed the balcony. It was large enough to have 5-6 people on it at a time. The view was fantastic!!! Yes, the building is set back a bit between two others, but the other buildings really did not obscure the view that much. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the pool area. The walk to the beach is minimal (about 50 feet), especially compared to other condos we have stayed at/been to in Gulf Shores. We did have an issue with the air conditioner, but the maintenance man was super nice and had it fixed within a couple hours.
My only complaints (and the reason I gave Very Good instead of Excellent) were: the bed in the master was very, very firm...the kitchen needed a cutting board and some better knives...and it could have been cleaned a bit better (it smelled and seemed mostly clean, but in the kitchen there was still some food stuck on the wall by the trash can). We also had a couple residents harass our teenagers about having a parking pass displayed (multiple times - even after the kids had it displayed)...this was unacceptable in our opinion as the problem should have been addressed to the adults in our party and not the "girls".
But, for the price this place was wonderful!!!! We hope to be staying here again next year!!!!

We searched high and low for a condo with a pool, on the beach, in our price range that would sleep 8. This location on the beach with the pool that sleeps 8 was affordable and wonderful. Having three bathrooms was a plus!! When the kids were tired there was space for each one to get some down time in front of a tv because there were 4 in the condo!! A couple of things could be improved (more hooks for hanging towels and a better, more comfortable mattress in the master). The third floor was perfect to see kids on the beach or in the ocean. LOVE the table and chairs on the balcony!!! My husband would like to find these to purchase for us!! Updated kitchen with everything you need including a Keurig and blender! We would not only recommend this condo but it the 8 of us go back this will be the 1400sq ft we need! LOVE the security code system, no lost keys always makes for a great vacation!!

This unit was ok. Not horrible however not fabulous either. The furniture is worn and the entire place could use a good scrubbing. This building sits back between the two on either side so the view from the balcony is partially blocked - you have front view of the ocean but not a long view down the beach so you aren't going to be able to watch the sunrise / sunset from the balcony. The balcony is small however the table and chairs they have are nice. The pool, pool area and pool furnishings are bad. Kitchen has plenty of utensils, plates, glasses, etc. Only one bedroom as a view at all. Sofabed is in bad shape - wouldn't count on using it. There's a slab of plywood under the couch cushions so you don't sink into the sofa bed. We chose this place based on price, easy beach access and the three bedroom/ three bathroom accommodations and were not disappointed in those areas. We split up our 15 hour drive to get to Gulf Shores into two days. I talked to a gentleman with the rental agency before our trip to ask if we could check in between noon and 1pm on our arrival day and he said that would work fine. When we arrived at 12:40 the young woman at the Rental office would not give us the keys because we "hadn't paid for the day" and in her opinion we were trying to check in too early. I explained I had arranged it when I made the reservation and she said that didn't matter - it was too early in her opinion and she kept referencing because we hadn't paid for day. She told us to come back at 1:30 and she would give us the keys. So we had driven a total of 15 hours and she was making us find something to do for 45 minutes when she felt it was ok to allow us to check in. It was rude and completely unnecessary. Given that experience and other factors I will probably look around for something different on our next trip to Gulf Shores.
