Description: Jesse's is a unique and eclectic dining experience located in the quaint village of Magnolia Springs. Our main dining room is located where the Post office was housed in the late 1800's. Jesse's..."The Steakhouse Destination" for our guest who appreciate dry and wet aged steaks, fresh local seafood and signature entrees from our Executive Chef Rebecca Jordan. Jesse's has an extensive wine menu with over 100 different wines to choose from and signature cocktails. The new owners, Steve and Angie Coltharp, have worked with their Chef to ensure every item is not only made in house, but is of the highest quality ingredients. Jesse's has been listed by several periodicals: Southern Living, Coastal Living, Mobile Bay Monthly, and most recently Coastal Alabama. Jesse's is casual fine dining at it's best and we are kid friendly. Located 20 minutes from Fairhope, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach just off of highway 98 and highway 49. Reservations suggested.

Jesse's is part of a quaint little town off the beaten path full of southern charm. I've eaten here many times & have gotten to know the owner's & their employee's. The service is great, but the food is even better than you'd think would come out of such an out of the way restaurant, sitting on the bank of Magnolia River. My favorite dish has got to be their Shrimp & Grits!!! It's a traditional southern dish done with a little class! Absolutely delicious!!! I've never tasted this dish done this way! This is an experience you must not pass up!!! It's right off C.R. 49...ask for Rachel, she'll take good care of you!!!

Tyler Kean at the Fairhope Inn recommended Jesse's and it couldn't have been better. The Beet, watercress, blue cheese, and creme fraiche salad was excellent and set the tone for the rest of the meal. Definitely a don't miss place when you're on the Eastern Shore.

This was our second visit at the restaurant, and this time we brought along my brother and his wife. We'd been raving about the fried green tomatoes, and they were again most excellent. We were there for lunch, and everything else served was top-notch as well - the shrimp etouffee, burgers, BLT (with fried green tomatoes) and chicken salad. All was prepared with obvious finesse, and served by an amiable and very capable waiter. The setting in a quintessential southern historical small town is very appealing. Highly recommended!

Having had a friend recommend this place we stopped on our way to the beach for lunch. I need to call our friend and thank him.

I had the shrimp and grits and they were fabulous. My wife had the salmon and it was also great. For dessert we shared a bread pudding with caramel pecan sauce with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. One of the best desserts in recent memory.

Would recommend to all my friends in the future.
