“Good folks and great food!”
Reviewed 18 September 2013

This family run bar and restaurant features a very friendly wife and her daughters running the front desk, and along with their wonderful efficient Indian and Nepali staff definitely make this place...always a nice welcome and a front seat to watch the frolic on the beach and the sun setting into the Arabian Sea; close to the car park also so you can keep an eye on your favourite motorbike if you so please! Excellent shark steak served with lemon butter, perfect tender chicken tikka kebabs, yum fish fingers coated in tawa and the garlic butter calamari and french fries are very good also! Cold beers and quick service from the fully stocked bar...Pedro's has been around for over 40 years, they get it right, and they certainly know how to please!

“Awesome food”
Reviewed 1 July 2013

The day we reached goa, Pedro was where we headed for our lunch. since the two days at Benaulim we ate at Pedro's most of the time. It was excellent, and the waiters were sweet. the beef and pork chilly was to die for. It was garlicy and spicy, but melts in your mouth. Pork ribs was also very delicious. i also really enjoyed the beef curry with rice. was one of the goan restro where i even liked the vegetarian dish, especially aloo jeera. It was a very pleasant experience. I would go there again for sure.

“Going Goan”
Reviewed 28 May 2013

Great place to be for good food and sipping wine/ wtaer/ alcohol. Tho' someone MUST tell them that loud live music needs to be toned down. Service is NOT that good, but then again, one is in Goa, where "Susegad" (taking it very easy) is a way of life. Good sea food selection, and quite a good fare. Easy on the pocket, excellent location and FUNN. A must to visit and eat.

“Beer was the Spoiler”
Reviewed 28 May 2013

We went to Pedro as Johncy did not have any free table & it was raining that day. We ordered Beers to start with. Beers were not chilled & when we told the same to waiter, he asked us to put some ice. That was it. we decided to cancel the rest of the order & headed back to Johncy. very short stay of a beer which was not good itself.

“Nice place for a drink”
Reviewed 2 September 2012

Pedros is a nice place to get some drinks in the evening and for diner right at the beach.

It morning you have the fish smell from the fishermans boats and breakfast is not that good. Also they are really slow. For example it takes them 15 minutes for a Coke. I also waited 45 minutes for a toast with baked beans. In the meanwhile my omlette got cold so I sent it back to the kitchen and told them to bring a new hot one with the toast.

I got what I expected, my old omlette reheated.

Toilet is ok but could be better, you have to go outside so if it rains you get wet. To get a non wet toilet paper you have to ask.
