Probably the best place to stay in goa .. nice hospitality and very friendly staff . Rooms are very clean .. The beach is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The food especially the breakfast at the nautilus restaurant was awesome. Nice little pool. And bar area .. Great hotel, really friendly staff and and ideal location set between Calangute and Candolim. The beach can be easily reached by foot (500m) by crossing the fairly busy main road and heading down Holiday Street. A smallish pool with around 10 sunbeds are availalbe to guests. Two really great restaurants are located very near by (Kebabs & Curries and Taramin) which I shall review later. Hotel served a good breakfast with an egg counter for fresh omelettes, fried eggs, etc.
The only downside were the amount of Russians staying at the hotel and in the surrounding area - not the hotel's fault but more to do with the price of visas for UK tourists. There were a large group of Russian twentysomethings staying at our hotel. They tended to buy their alcohol from the supermarket and drink around the pool in the evenings. The noise was horrendous, and we had to complain several times to the hotel management. They were still drinking upto 1am even though the hotel bar shuts at 11pm. One night we could clearly smell drugs being smoked from the pool area as well. I would suggest the hotel review their policy on bringing in alcohol from outside and also having a curfew in the outside areas.

The night in question was a birthday of another guest that exceeded their time limit , we regret this. We are also pleased to inform you we are putting up a signage with regard to outside food and beverages not being allowed in the hotel premises.
Guests are allowed to sit by the pool until the restaurant is open ,needless to mention they order from our restaurant. Drugs of any kind is strictly not permitted in our hotel and our security personnel are trained to be vigilant in this respect as well. This is the reason you will observe that we are catering mostly to families and couples who feel completely safe staying with us.

Requested poolside room but none available on arrival but was promised we could change as soon as a room was available thought this was unlikely but after two days told we could move rooms. Excellent staff couldn't do enough for you. Good breakfast. Could have provided more sunbeds beside the pool and these need to be replaced as old and very uncomfortable! Good quiet location in lane off main Calangute road.

This hotel was nice but it was loud in the mornings after 7 am so if you want to sleep in, it's difficult. Also, the shower floods slightly into the bathroom so that was annoying cause we ended many more towels than usual. Overall, was a good place to stay.

Nothing excited about this hotel. Soon after we checked in room, we got to face problem with washroom. At night we found three bed bugs approaching us. Requested was a big single bed, which didn't happen and caused us problems in sleep.However at request our room was changed for the rest of our stay. Location is good for this property however not very close to beech. May think of booking next time as well.
