I went there in August 2013 for the first time and really loved the resort. The best part was that it's barely a 2 minute walk to the beach. It doesn't offer room service but in Goa that's fine because you don't want to stay in your room anyway. The pool is small but nice, gets cleaned once a day. The food at the restaurant is very good, although the service can be a little slow so it's best to place your order in advance and then head to the restaurant. If you go through the beach, the main Calangute beach is about a 20 minute walk and Baga is another half an hour from there.

The couple that owns that place is extremely warm and add that personal touch to the place. I'd also like to especially mention the caretaker, Alex, who was also very sweet and helpful, as was the rest of the staff.

Room Tip: The ground floor rooms are right outside the pool, which is quite convenient but the first floor isn't much of a walk either.

Me & 2 of my friends stayed there in first week of aug 2013.It looks beautiful from outside, rooms are very clean and very well maintained, the pool is small but it is nice and clean. All the rooms are pool facing so no issue with whatever you get.The restaurant serves till 11 p.m that's the nice part. The owners are very helpful and very courteous.Free wi-fi adds is a bonus , the only problem 2 what i found was lack of room service ( although helps to maintain cleanliness) and there should have been free complimentary drinking water at-least 2 bottles per room.Apart from these the beach is 2 min walking distance , all the nice restaurants are 5-7 min walking distance on the main road ( try Taste of India , excellent place & food ) .The place was very quiet , isnt that you want when on vacation.we totally loved the entire experience of being in Goa.Will definately be there next year as well.

We stayed at this hotel yesterday actually. The rooms are neat and tidy , have all the facilities. The pool is clean and excellent. The resort also has a small restaurant and bar inside , which is good. We only tried the breakfast over here which is complimentary, The breakfast was nice. Very simple but good food.

The support staff is good always there with a pleasant smile and ready to help you on request.

The resort is well placed with almost all the popular places near by . It is next to the Calangute beach and Baga is just around 3 km's away.

On the whole , me and my wife had a nice experience over here , which helped in making our holiday a good one.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms which have direct access to the pool side. The view is just excellent.

We stayed in monsoon season so it was reasonably quiet but still bustling compared to Australia! The place is really cute, nice and clean rooms, beds are hard but thats the way we like them! All mod cons TV, free wifi, air conditioning, beautiful pool. The staff were lovely and very accommodating.
Food was divine. Contrary to other reviews, the breakfast menu was huge and went all day, I think there's a separate limited menu for those that get free breakfast included in their rate. Also they provided room service until restaurant closes at 10pm.
The roims were cleaned every day perfectly.
Pricewise, yes theres ccheaper around but we got good ratedue to monsoon season and had the opportunity to go elsewhere once we'd looked around but decided this place was the best and worth the extra you pay. Put into perspective it was only aus $38 or 1900 rupees per night, ridiculously cheap by Aussie standards and with all boxes ticked to be comparable to 3-4 star establishment. We were extremely happy and hope to come again!

Me and my wife on our honeymoon stayed at this place in the month of july, the place was quiet and not many guests stayed cause it is offseason i guess, but it was spotlessly clean and well looked after, the breakfast is repeated everyday but it has a wide range of options to choose from and for the price one pays it definately is worthwhile. The surrounding areas looked dead and most of the shops were closed cause again its offseason timing
The rooms are very clean and look modern with flat tvs etc
Bathroom is also spotless,
Food at the restaurant is decent and the waiters are also very friendly to talk to and help out in directions etc.
The pool was a little dirty due to constant rain.
We loved our stay here and even though it was monsoon offseason i cant imagine what season is like!
Amazing stay! And i recommend this to every one who visits Goa. Especially on honeymoon or as a couple.
