“Old School”
Reviewed 18 June 2014

Booked a couple of weeks before the meal. We are early for our booking but the staff is ok with it. Have Oyster Noodles, Roast Suckling Pig, Steam Fish, Stir Fried Vegetables and Or Nee (Yam Paste) for dessert. Small outlet. Quick service. Great food. Dislike the hidden charges such as peanut and wet tissues (Dad has a issue with this).

“A surprise behind the humble shopfront. ”
Reviewed 10 June 2014 via mobile

I would definitely walk pass it if I didn't read the reviews. The cooks in front of the shop front were busy and so didnt attend to me but I ask them nicely and one of them proceed to take my reservation.
Came dinner and we were led inside a small restaurant. The young boss was friendly and not pushy. The stuff were friendly.
Food wise were nice. We ordered the oyster noodle, steam fish, prawn and meat rolls, braised duck and yam paste. We enjoyed the meal and found this is the most satisfying meal during our stay here.
Ambience wise may not be appealing but the foods is the star here.

“Another Good Visit”
Reviewed 9 June 2014

Our yearly visit. But only thing this time missing was Uncle.
We had Roast Suckling Pig. Oyster noodles. Soft shell crab and a garlic fried vegetables. Or née. Superb meal. The young man now fronting the shop is also a gem to order from.
Worth the visit for sure!

“Best Chinese we had in Malaysia”
Reviewed 3 June 2014

We stumbled on this place by accident as most places were closed. Looked like a street stall until we were ushered into the cozy no-frills dining room just behind the kitchen. Totally delicious! Fantastic duck and shrimp dishes with some delicious greens (these were all described by our friendly waiter- not given a menu). We also enjoyed watching our fellow diners (mostly locals) dine with gusto. Left very very satisfied.
