Decent new hotel in Melaka town center. Full toiletries provided!! :) Even if you need any other things, there's a 7-11 and a restaurant next to it.

We were early and the hotel allowed us to check-in earlier than the published time.

Checked in over the weekend in June with my boyfriend and my friends (2 rooms).

The good of this hotel is that the surrounding is really quiet, the rooms are clean and equipped with sufficient amenities that you require for a comfortable stay. Everything here is relatively new (as it's a new hotel). The breakfast spread are very localized (which is good since i normally travel to experience the different culture). Lots of parking lots is available for people who drives.

The not so good of the hotel is that it is quite far away from the main town area but you still can take a good 10 - 15 min walk to that area. The staff gets distracted really easily, we waited for a good 10 mins for check in. The bedroom is a little small but the bathroom is really huge!

All in all, i think that its a reasonable stay for the price you pay for the hotel.

The Hotel is quite far from the Old town but can walk through the short cut along the river. The Hotel is closed to big construction site but no noise disturbance at night. Full with room amenities but very limited choice for breakfast with only 1 friendly staff standing by.
The room is very clean and new.

Room Tip: room on the front side is facing with construction but you have to pay an extra amount to get this room with window.

- Basic amenities are good and clean
- Hotel staff not friendly. (not all of the staff) (ie: unable to direct you to their hotel, staff lack of adequate information, staff looked unhappy while talking to guest)
- Location is new, lack of proper signange. GPS unable to track.
- Breakfast was good
- 10 to 15 minutes walk to Jonker street.
- Room is clean
- Wifi was good
- Worth the stay

Just returned from a 3D2N stay from Mio Boutique. Very basic room but the plus point is EVERYTHING is very new.

Comfy beds and pillows good enough for a couple nights of rest. Courteous staff, who helped us dial for taxi and recommended us on where to eat.
Breakfast is very basic – Nasi Lemak, Mee Gorang, Kueys, Sausages, Toasted bread, Porridge, cereals and watermelons.

Because it’s so new, Wi-Fi isn’t functioning as well, the 1st day, out of our 5 mobile phones, only Samsung was able to connect.

Not recommended for business travelers, where stable connection is a must.
Cab rides from this hotel to Jonker street is RM15/way. Otherwise, it's about 15 mins walking till there.

Room Tip: Corner room - Especially if you are a light sleeper.
