We stayed from 14 - 16 Sep 2013 (triple sharing). The room was spacious but the aircon capacity was not suitable for this spacious room and we ended sleeping in a warm room. I complained to the Front Desk and the lady receptionist told me that we could leave the room key in the slot when we go, so that the aircon could keep runing and that wouild cool the room better. She advised us to request the Front Desk to open the room when we returned.
We returned to the hotel at around 11 pm and asked the Front Desk male receptionist to open our room door. He told us to wait at the room and he will be up in a short while. After almost 20 minutes there was no sign of him and I went down to the receptionist and saw him seating. I was shocked to be told that he could not find the spare key and started frantically to call other staff about the spare key. After almost an hour, he managed to get the spare key and we finally entered the room. The male receptionist took things very lightly.
We found the room and the bathroom without any basic amenities. I considered ourselves statying in a "bare room".
The towels - it would be an isult to call them towels as there was no difference from the floor towel at the bathroom. They were so dirty looking that we went to purchase three towels from the nearby shopping centre.
The breakfast that was included turned out to be another disappointment that we decided to have our breakfast from the nearby coffee shop.
The only plus point of our stay was the spacious room and eating outlets nearby.
This is the first time we stayed in this hotel and would certainly be the last.
