We sought out this restaurant because its name promised something we were craving...German sausages. Good ones are hard to beat. These are exceptional! The biggest surprise was finding a celebrated German master chef manning the kitchen and turning out authentic German specialties, like Ghouladh. It was delicious. Rich with the subtly pungent taste of paprika in a complex gravy, over a nice pile of madhed potatoes. Our other meal was an assortment if six sausages, very good saurkraut and red cabbage. The sauce oh the sausages was perfect. Each one was so good, yet different. We love this place!
