Very nice stadium serving as a centerpiece to an evident downtown rejuvenation. Give them 5 stars for originality in incorporating an existing train depot warehouse into the architecture of the stadium. Great use to turn the warehouse into concession stands/restrooms/and luxury boxes. Hard to even tell a baseball stadium is behind the walls of the old warehouse from the street.
Food was above average for ball park fare - hamburgers, chicken and polish sausage in the outfield grill area were all worthy of a repeat trip.
Entertainment was typical minor league ball park stuff.

My husband and I drove up from Tampa to watch the Rays play the Biscuits at the end of Spring Training. Yes, the irony is not lost upon us that we left the state of Florida for Spring Training. The stadium was very interesting, a converted and repurposed old hotel right by the railroad tracks. It was neat to watch the train go by during the game. We heard that if you hit a homer that hits a passing train you get a bonus. I'd like to see that! The people were extremely friendly and welcoming not only to the stadium but to Montgomery. Southern hospitality at it's finest. I wore my Biscuits shirt to the Rays game at the Trop yesterday with pride! Go Biscuits!

Hello friend,

Are you a human living in or passing through Central Alabama? Is it summertime? Do you ever suffer from not quite feeling "American enough?" Riverwalk Stadium has got the cure for you!

Seeing as how Junior is obsessed with trains and Sissy with baseball, this seemed like the Reese's cup of local family destinations. And it was! It was some kind of kid's night. For five bucks (five bucks!!) each kid received admission, a tubesteak, a fountain drink, and a two-color sno cone! Five bucks!

We sat on the lawn, and it was perfect. Shoes were quickly discarded and the cool dewy grass was magic. You could see everything perfectly. Was it hot? Unbelievably so! Even in late evening it was blazing and it felt terrific. Since I was sweating so profusely I can't say for sure, but your humble reviewer may have even shed a tear, so perfect an evening was this.

For kids who can't occupy a seat without triggering a Lifetime Ban (like our Junior), the lawn was tailor made. He can check out the bouncy things beyond the third base foul line, play catch with Daddy, or closely examine the ubiquitous trains that run past the stadium. As Elwood Blues once said, "So often you won't even notice." These Biscuits were not rubber.

Great family atmosphere. Fun times are usually had by all. They have inflatables for the kids and it feels like a safe place.

A great place for a family evening or afternoon. The Biscuits organization makes this field a wonderful visit for the whole family. Great to see a minor league venue that rivals most major league parks.
